The only issue was that the heated pool was not really heated. We had some cooler weather and it was uncomfortable for the kids. The actually asked to get out of the pool because it was way too cold.

The price, but to be fair, prices have risen exponentially in Wildwood and Cape May.

Our room overlooked not only the pool, but we gad a gorgeous ocean view! The bed was comfortable, the room was immaculate and the shower had terrific water pressure!

The furnishings in the room were not completely thought out. One side of the king bed had zero amenities other than an AC outlet.

Staff at check-in could've been more friendly and engaging - it seemed like checking someone in was a bother. I asked staff for room service, and they only provided additional towels left by the door. The parking lot is very tight and may only have as many spots as rooms, and some spots are lined up with the support columns making most spots a tight fit. Some wear and tear in the room - my room needed the center console replaced because the side was bowed out and the door to the fridge was hard to open, water spots in the bathroom, trim damage around the entry way - nothing horrendous but is in need of some detailing. The pool area is nice but could be taken to the next level with some lights at night in the area or in the water itself. A firepit area could be a nice addition.

Room was well-sized for 3. Clean, nice decor, appropriate room amenities. Perfect location on Diamond Beach, right by a beach entrance, low outside traffic, quiet surroundings. Pool area and other outside amenities were well kept and clean. Great, unobstructed view if you get an ocean view room.

Pool fountain was too loud near our room. Selection in gift/snack area lacking. No beach umbrellas. Very little explanation of amenities upon check in.

From the second we walked in early, ( noon for a 3 o clock check in ) Marjorie at the desk immediate called the house keeping staff and told us she’d call us “ the second” the room was ready. We were sitting in the front desk area looking for a place to have lunch and she looked over and told us our room was ready! The suite was roomy, and sitting outside the room had a full ocean view . It was the first time we had stayed in Wildwood crest - it was easy to get around by car or by their shuttle

The size of the bathroom

It was clean, the room bit small, not security box, the bathroom very small, the stuff were nice, the bed it was comfortable overall it was a nice place. The mocatiin was perfect and has a nice pool

Only complaint was the parking. Would have been nice if pool was opened later than 9pm and if check out would have been later than 10am.

Friendly and helpful staff! Very Clean! Free shuttle to boardwalk, free bikes to ride, free beach chairs to use! Beautiful and well maintained beach! Everything was excellent except the parking. Very tight and close. Had overflow parking area but that was very full also.

Having only one elevator is a minus, waiting for it to get to your floor only to find it full already..

Overall the experience at Mahalo was excellent, the staff made you feel welcome and I love that you had towels at the pool.

The room, staff, and parking were all exceptional. Newly renovated, clean, larger room than expected with a friendly staff. We were totally impressed. Quite honestly the nicest hotel we have stayed in for a reasonable price.
