How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Outside it looks like deserted. Torn and faded drapes in the windows. Not very clean. Bad linens, not even ironed. Dirty floors. Mold in the bath. Small soaps, no liquid soap. Hair on one towel. Bad driveway to Inn. Noisy neighborhood. Worker at the desk working slowly.
Good location. Bed was comfortable. AC was working ok. Parking in front of the door.

Some of the furniture had chips in it. Outside noise very loud.

Ac was stuck on high the first night so the room was at 66 degrees and we couldn’t change it so we told the staff and they looked at it during the day but when we arrived back to the room the AC wouldn’t work at all

I really don't understand why the flooring is so dirty! Another motel up the road has the same flooring and it always dirty too. No pool and you have to go to the office to get ice.
The price, cheapest in town. Staff was nice, can park at your door. They have bed bugs cover on some of the pillows and a bed bug topper on the mattress. Looked like newer bed frame.

It met all our desired needs.
We didn't partake in the breakfast. Short stay. Overall, the check in was fast, the front desk attendant was nice, the beds were comfy, rooms were clean, plenty of towels, and no rush at checkout. Location was on an road with food locations nearby and some shopping across the highway. Great stay

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable I wasn't able to get a good night sleep so we actually checked out a day early.
This hotel had super friendly staff and the room was good and clean. I picked this hotel because it didn't have all the extras like breakfast, pool, workout room ect. It was great for sleeping and showering.

There were dust bunnies and hair on floor. Looked like mold or mildew on wall in tub. The sink stopper was not hooked up to work. There were a lot of gnats in the sink continually. Staff came to fix TV but not able to get anything but MTv after resetting dish box, so nothing to watch "due to storms." I am not sure this establishment will prosper as it needs a lot of work and attention to detail.
Near many restaurants and shopping areas. Had clean sheets and pillowcases and towels.

It was noisy. If you like the ambience of your room sitting in the middle of the interstate with trucks crushing air brakes all night, this is the place for you. No wifi. Depressing impression.

Not comfortable, bathroom is so small that you can barely turn around in it. Overall, the whole unit is small, dirty, no ice machine, pool broken Will not be staying there again. Do not recommend it. Would rather pay more somewhere else

The property is run down. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the comforter of one of the beds. When I went up to get a different room, the lady asked me if I wanted another comforter or another room.... If that was blood on the comforter, I sure would not want to sleep in that bed. When I again said that I would like another room, she gave me a different room which seemed to be a bit better. She was not apologetic at all. No way was this hotel worth the $75 I paid, not even close. I will say the first guy I talked to when checking in was very nice. Knowing what I know now, I would spend a few extra bucks and get a better place to stay.
