I had a few things that was broken that was never fixed. I mentioned it to the owner when we got there but I got no response. But besides that it was a great stay.

Never was told about breakfast.. had no cable TV all weekend.. A/C quit working..not a good experience and I will tell everyone I can not to stay there.. I was told someone will come and look at the TV to see if there was a problem and no showed up !! Not Happy At All with this !!

The flooded room,the ac condenser broke blamed us,then refused a new room with 2 handy cap elderly people. We had to find our own accommodations while being 9 hours away from home,after reporting the water,2 people slipped and fell still we were in water,as well as moldy ceiling,moldy beds, mold everywhere.

Spent a lot of money from a room that was sub par. Bed was very uncomfortable. A/C unit did not work well. Dryer had to run 4 cycle before clothes would dry. Tiles Broken in bathroom, mold in bathroom. Unit needs to be updated. Sliding door out of living room needs to be repaired. I WOULD NOT RENT THIS AGAIN. Staff was smoking (Cigarettes and Marijuana) right beside the pool area near a no smoking signs. This happen mainly at night but did happen some in during the day.

Location was ok. Staff was very friendly.

The property is good (pools, beach access, close to lots of restaurants & sights) One of the PCBeach originals! Pretty well kept for the age of the facility.

The facility of Regency Towers is great. The unit 410 was extremely outdated! The beds had clean linens on very firm mattresses. BUT there was sand on the furniture. The floors were so dirty our feet turned black when we walked across from kitchen to living room. older bathrooms were functional. Sticky counters & table changed our plans to have our Grandchildren join us. we only had 2 nights to stay so I didn’t push for another room. I have requested a refund of the cleaning fee to be included with the damage deposit. I will never book into unit 410 again!!

Mold in the coffee pot, dirty undies were found under the bed, the fridge did not work, and the freezer did not freeze but was cold. We lost all the food we had bought, and the milk went sour. It took two days to heat the building to 68. The first night was 52 degrees. Water leaked all over, and I never found out why. I came back to find a dead mouse in the middle of the floor. No one bothered to get back to us about compensation or extra stay for the inconvenience.

I liked it was by the ocean and the size of the unit. Being able to walk on the beach was a bonus. The maintenance worker was really good and polite.

Almost everything. Booking.coms staff was horrible. No one seemed to know what was going on and hung up on me way to many times. The room was not in good condition what so ever. The sliding doors barely worked. There was something smeared on a wall. One of the beds were broke. The water stopped working for most of a day. Horrible horrible experience.

Very outdated decor, from the 80's, and hard mattresses. Rotten trim in the bathroom, cabinet at the sink in the kitchen falling down. The front door frame was falling apart. The batteries in all the remotes were dead. The blinds are from the 80's and people can see right in the front room. There was mold in the shower, and hairs on the tile. The shower curtain drags along the bottom of the tub, so gross and unsanitary. The dishwasher did not work.

The heated pool was nice and clean. The property staff was nice. It has good access to the beach. The overall property is decent but this unit's owners have not updated in decades. Thankfully, the property has a security gate because the strength of the unit's door was questionable.

Just the pool. The room 410 door strip came off and we had no why off security the room so we had to put one of the chairs behind the door until the next morning and spoke to someone around 8:00 the next morning for them to say that someone was coming to fix the problem and didn't come until around 2:00 me and my family New Year was ruined 😑.

Had things planned when we came to stay, but wasn’t able to get into our room until almost 6:30-7pm when it said you can check in at 4pm. I understand if it was maybe at the most an hour longer but two and half maybe three hours! Not pleased. Room was falling apart, TVs didn’t work, lights didn’t work, Windows didn’t lock that were right by the hallway with people walking by. Didn’t feel safe and secure to have my children stay in that room. Door couldn’t be shut far enough for the door to properly close right. It was a disaster!

We looked to location, out back it has two pools and a private entrance to the beach.

UNIT 410. DO NOT STAY!! The front door frame is broken and the door might open 1 of every 15 attempts. The balcony door handle was broken and just hanging by a loose screw , hard to open and close. The balcony had broken and many loose bars that our 9yr old son was able to fit through! There were holes in doors and walls. The dryer is a huge fire hazard as the vent seems to be broken or clogged. Pieces of the popcorn ceiling falls throughout the day. The drain hose under the sink that is for the dishwasher is broken and leaking under the sink. They’ve covered it with placemats to “temporarily” soak up dripping water, but they are gross and molding. There’s mold in the washer and dryer, the bathrooms, the kitchen, on the ceilings , around the vents and some floors. The microwave door handle was broken and super glued, multiple cabinets with broken handles, furniture was broken and had rips in the cushions. The refrigerator has broken drawers and shelves, the ice maker is missing from the freezer. Even with all of the broken things, there is still tons of dirt, dust, filth all over everything. As if the unit hasn’t been cleaned in months. Parking is also a nightmare in the evening. I wish we had the opportunity to post more pictures.

The ONLY good thing about this place is the view and it being on the 4th floor. And that is saying a lot. I wouldn’t want to be any higher as you have to wait forever for the only 3 elevators on the property for hundreds on units.

The room was completely filthy. Mold everywhere on ceilings and shower curtains. Extremely humid from the doors not sealing. Holes in the walls, front door and sliding glass door broken. Drier didnt work properly. Walls were constantly wet even with aor set on 70. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We had to get maintenance and housekeeping to come clean and fix things. The check in staff was rude.

Pools and proximity to beach was extremely. Front gate staff was amazing.

The room was not clean, microwave handle was broken, the door handle on the sliding door for the balcony was messed up, it was barely hanging on the door. There are other things that need to be fixed, but too many to list. Since it was booked through a third party, staff said I need to go through the third party to complain. I did not contact the third party since it would take time from my family. Room is outdated. There are only 3 elevators to service 14 floors, we spent a lot of time waiting for an elevators, and with little kids the stairs were not an option. I have never left a bad review at any place that I have stayed but I was not pleased with place. This place is over priced. I will never stay here again.
