Windows covered with non working blinds right next to the hot tub. No working heat in the room, towels were stiff and hard and too small. Bed made my back so sore I could barely walk the next day

Little loud above my room, even though it was only one story with dormers above. So was a little confused where the noise was coming from. Though it did quiet down around 11 pm.

I didn't like I was out in a smoking room when I booked a non smoking. And I also got a queen bed instead of a king like I booked

I liked the rates. The bed was comfortable, the fridge worked great and the staff was friendly.

Really the only thing that was upsetting was the card key to get in the room. Very Very hard to get it to work. Lost 2 points just for that.

I really liked the location and the easy way to check in. It was pretty clean and the air conditioning worked well. And the water pressure in the shower was great. The refrigerator worked good too.

Stained sheets, grimey walls and carpet, got a smoking room which I definitely did not book on purpose (non-specified in booking I guess but eww...) The whole place is super run down. Never again.

This place was hands down the worst place I've ever stayed at. I slept with my clothes on and didn't even use the shower. but I needed a place to sleep after the White out so this was my old option. the value was great but the place was just gross.

it was a great location for the Penn state football game. not to far from the highway or a gas station.

We had to be moved 3 times. The first room offered was a smoking room and it smelled like a bar. We had our children and my booking said non smoking. Went in they gave me a new key walked right over the second room as soon as I opened the door it smelled like a wet dog/ mildew… so walked right back and they gave us 1 more key and said that would be the last room available. Walked in no smell, looked clean and decent enough to not head back home the 3 hours we drove ,so we stayed. It also said there was a restaurant or bar which was not open and apparently has been closed since Covid. Didn’t bother us much since we wouldn’t be using those facilities anyway.

Staff was very nice and accommodating ( as much as they could be) . Location was great only several minutes away from the amusement park we were visiting.

The location was good. However the property is too old and needs improvement. The bathroom door was not work, we are unable to close it properly. The carpeting needs to be changed. The breakfast was minimal. No cereals, eggs.etc.

Dirty . Bugs or ants in the bed. Lights did not work. Mattress was about 3 inches thick and it sat on hard springs. Comparable to a prison bed. Cigarette or drug burn holes in toilet seat.appearance of possible drug activities in adjacent rooms. Mattresses stacked outside. It appeared like they were discarding them.front door was locked and you had to ring doorbell numerous times to get staff help. Worst motel I ever saw and price was the same as the comfort suites which we relocated too and comfort suites was like a dream stay.

Rooms had to be changed 3 times First room smelled of urine .Second room one side of window was boarded up with wood and you can put ya hand in and touch the screen in the room. Third room smelled like mildew but I was able to disinfect the foom and get rid of the smell after we were out of the room for 6 hrs.Will not be back

not clean towels stiff as boards food in the freezer and fridge smelled like mold. very unsafe environment around fur having small children first time ever felt like my room would be broke into did not bring a Turing out of the car

absolutely nothing. was not what was advertised online. smoke free room full of smoke. left and went to get freshener to spray in the room and finally hit the smell out after a while can of centrex used
