Front desk staff told me the room with a King bed that I ordered was not available. The guest that was checking in next to me was told the same. Then the front desk person helping th at guest said "oh" I found one in the system wvwn though Ibwas there first. Then the front desk person helping me said to her coworker in front of both of us "No, I need that room". Well she didn't need it for me. You should not let on that you in fact have the room available that I booked and paid for but it is just not "available to me". Or the guest next to me. So I took a room with 2 queen beds. When we got to the room we were getting ready for a concert and noticed the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't slide without me lifting it up and dragging it for my girlfriend because she was not strong enough. It was broken not just too heavy of a door. A frame rail was also broken on the side of one of the queen beds so we slept on the other bed. I expected more from the Renaissance. We will not be coming back.

Beautiful and well kept facility. Shuttle van took us to and from the concert, making the entire stay easy and magnificent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The restaurant, Chris & Ruth was awful. It was so hot, we couldn't enjoy our celebration. I ended up taking my meal Togo. Everyone else either order very less. Just made the best of a bad situation. We did complain about the air. The response was we had to work in these conditions as well. But when we were leaving I guess certain areas in the restaurant was cooler.

The room was very clean and had many little extras that made it even more special. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Cleaning lady on the 5th floor was very kind and helpful. Freddy at front desk was excellent! I loved the coffee/tea box, coffee maker, hairdryer, beautiful shower and extra sprayer, . Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Planet Fitness.

This hotel should not be advertised as a 4 star but a 3 star. No free wifi, no pool, no hottub, no outdoor seating, no breakfast included. The fridge had food left over from the previous guest.

Free parking, location, and friendly staff. The bathroom was also nice because of remodeling.

New and modern hotel, about 20 minutes away from the airport. Very nice and helpful staff. Big room, comfortable bed and complimentary coffee machine. Bathroom big and new. 24h open gym with some cardio machines, free weights and machines.

The hotel is beautiful and they were more than accommodating for our family. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants near by to choose from and the mall wasn’t too far either.

Cleanliness….dust everywhere. Toilet top sticky, had to clean it before use. Mask use was not enforced. Worried about the Virus the entire time.

As soon as we walked into the room we could hear the tv on from our neighbor along with some loud voices. Not a great first impression upon entering the room. Thankfully it wasn’t a problem when we were heading to bed. The room was overall nice. The shower got hot but could definitely improve on the water pressure. The coffee in the room was terrible and I went down to the lobby to grab a cup, nothing was available and then I noticed the sign for $3 for a cup. There was a Starbucks across the street which we opted for instead.

Good location for visiting family during the holidays and about a 25 min ride to the airport. Bed was comfortable and I like the aveda products in the bathroom. Small bottles of water available.

We arrived after a long drive and decided to check in quickly before heading to dinner. When we got to the room, it was a queen bed instead of the king that we had booked. After a quick trip to the front desk that was resolved, and we moved our stuff to the new room and went out to eat. We got back around 11 pm and went to bed, but quickly realized that there was a lot of hair in the bed. It seemed like it was probably animal hair, and we were exhausted, so we stripped the bed, shook everything out, and settled in. 10 minutes later we realized that the toilet had a leaky water supply and was refilling every few minutes. After some quick investigation I realized I couldn't fix it easily so I just shut the water off and we went to sleep. My wife tried to watch some TV while I was doing this but there was no remote. In the morning we mentioned our concerns to the front desk and they apologized and moved us to a third room for the next night, which had no issues. They gave us some coupons for a free breakfast, which was nice.

Decor is nice and feels modern although it is starting age a little. Beds were very comfortable. My conversations with staff were excellent and our major concerns were addressed quickly
