Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

IndiaThe breakfast was never ready by 6 AM. The food is costly compared to local restaurants . Room cleaning was not done regularly and tea / coffee not refilled - had to get those from the reception. There is not much options to eat outside.
The rooms were good , very spacious bathroom with all required facilities. The gym and swimming pool is excellent . Staffs were very cooperative and polite.

United StatesThe breakfast package is simply lousy. The staff doesn’t keep the buffet loaded, the food is not hot, and there is no variation. It is also understaffed, so that we would ask for something as simple as a bagel(which the bin was out of) and after ten minutes would have to do so again since it wasn’t delivered. An expensive price for a very mediocre morning meal.

United StatesI requested a room with a handicap accessible shower, but was given a room with a tub/shower combination. When I requested a change I was first told none were available, then told they had a room but it needed to be cleaned. I said I would wait but wasn't contacted for over 90 minutes so I went to the front desk. I was told the room was cleaned but hey wanted to send someone to doublecheck (???). It was another 20+ minutes before I was able to get to a room I could use, and unpack.
Breakfast in the restaurant was great. Location was perfect for my needs.
