The breakfast, unfortunately, was not good. It was nice having a restaurant on the property but my breakfast just didn't taste very good

1. There was no “in room” maid service for brining in new coffee and towels each evening. 2. Elevators were very full in the AM and PM and we had to wait for 3 different ones to bring our luggage down on the day of check-out. 3. One of our rooms was not ready when we arrived and the lines in the lobby were quite long. The front desk was supposed to call us to let us know when it would be ready…but they forgot. On a positive note, our parking was comped due to this inconvenience

I didn’t get my receipt for the money I paid for despite that the staff said they sent it to my email address when I checked out and also when I called them to send the receipt again because I didn’t get it still. At this time I still don’t get my receipt for my stay on 12/16 to 12/17/2023

We couldn't find the fan nor fan switch for the bathroom. The pool snack/drink service staff closed at 4:41pm when it was listed they would be open until 5pm--need better management for this part of the resort.

Check-in was smooth and fast. Angela was empowered to give us an upgraded room for our anniversary and we were so surprised and impressed. Our room was modern and clean. Location was fantastic--we parked for 2 nights and never needed the car as we could walk to all meals, bike tour start, casino, movies, shopping. It was fantastic.

Air conditioning was way too loud and didn’t keep the room at a consistent temp. Was a bit of a walk from downtown (we didn’t rent a car).

The A/C in our room didn't work. I called at night and they said nobody could come fix it until morning. Luckily we had a balcony with a sliding glass door so we could open it for the cool night air (and we slept with it wide open at night), but had it been really hot out we would've been in trouble. Additionally, our TV remote didn't work. Everything looks really nice until you get close. I don't think we'd stay here again.

We thought this hotel was a great value for the money. It's a great location and the pool area, bar and lobby are all really nice.

The bed was a little bit soft and we couldn’t control the temperature of the room so it was a bit cold.

Water bottle could be free/cheaper. $5/bottle is too high. Rest all it was perfect! Hospitable and good ambience.

The first room we stayed in smelt like cigarette smoke and the Air condition unit was so loud it kept us up all night. In the nook called to switch rooms and they provided a new room that was an upgrade from the one we were staying in.

The pool was lovely and the serving staff around the pool were excellent and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Oh and the body wash was bomb!

Parking is $35 dollars a day! The pool closes at 8!

Not enough shade or staff to work the pool area. The Buffet was a little disappointing for it being such a pretty hotel. Pancakes were hard and parfait was frozen bricks.

The pool area was nice and large. Staff was super friendly and helpful and were quick to get us to a room where the air worked. Place was clean though seemed a little dated in some areas.
