For just one couple like us, this property was quite expensive. If you were sharing the apartment with others (since it has three bedrooms), it would be quite reasonable. The keyless entry and heat were a bit tricky to figure out, but OK once we did figure them out.

Spacious home with large well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Free parking in the driveway. Walking distance to restaurants, Beverly Center, shopping, and Cedar Sinai hospital. Washer and dryer. Very responsive host. Keyless entry for easy check in and check out. Generous supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, regular towels, etc.

Location was ideal, easy for guest to park and had nice secured. Private parking included unit was actually a lot larger than the photos make it appear to be although the second bathroom is quite small but overall this was a great spot for two or three people to share, and so close to all the great shopping on Melrose and Beverly really walkable to lots of restaurants and neighborhood was very safe and the host was awesome

Spacious living with everything you need plus more. Awesome location and great neighborhood. Felt safe and secure. Quiet. Although there is a pet surcharge, it was reasonable and it was perfect for our dogs to stay at.

Our group of 6 people had a very nice stay at this charming and very spacious accommodation in a superb location walkable to a major mall and a few minutes drive to hottest restaurants of West Hollywood. the unit is location on the ground floor and the building is set behind a private hedge and gated in a very safe neighborhood. there were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, formal dining room with large dining table and chairs, and a grand living room. parking was available on site. The host was helpful and available. This is ideal for a group of people not wanting to spend a fortune in a nearby hotel. I would stay here again.

Very nice and spacious apartment in a great walkable location. We were a family of 5 people and were very comfortable. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 story building. Inside it was appointed with nice furniture and comfortable beds with clean linens and plenty of towels. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a formal dining room. Laundry inside. Parking provided on site. Location is A+. Host was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this gem. The property is private and gated and located on the ground floor of a 2 story structure. It was really nice inside with comfortable and luxurious furniture, renovated kitchen, formal dining room, washer and dryer inside, a sitting area outside, BBQ grill and parking on the premises. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing, a block away from the Beverly Center and Sofitel Hotel. Host was nice and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Very large 3 bedroom apartment with separate dining room, full size kitchen, separate laundry room, outdoor sitting area with BBQ grill, parking on premises, very nice comfortable furniture, renovated bathrooms, hedged from the street for privacy and most importantly, totally walkable area. couldn’t ask for a better accommodation. much better than a hotel, and much less expensive if you have a large family.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spacious apartment across from the Beverly Center. compared to hotel prices nearby, it was a steal. the apartment was on the 1st floor of a duplex. furniture and bedding were stylish and comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, all baths were renovated. parking was available on the premises for 2 cars. location was extremely convenient and walkable. highly recommend it to future travelers.

We stayed at this beautiful property with my family while visiting LA. The property was very large, clean and centrally located near the best restaurants and shopping. There were 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 renovated bathrooms, a very large living room, a formal dining room with dining table and chair for 8 people, and a large kitchen with new appliances and laundry inside the unit. Free wifi was provided and access to Netflix. Central AC and heating. Parking was onsite for 2 cars. I couldn't ask for anything better for the price. The host was pleasant and let us check in early. Would stay here again.

Loved the location, size, comfort and value of this property. I stayed here with family after we left another bnb. What a great choice this was. This unit is located on the ground floor of a duplex which was very important for us because we had elderly parents stay with us. There was everything we needed, including nice linens, fully stocked kitchen, formal dining, laundry inside the unit, heating and air, high speed wifi and private parking in the back. The host was nice and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay near Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

You can hear your upstairs neighbors clearly and their steps all the time which was annoying & we had sleepless nights due to that. Parking wasn’t great, some parts of the apartment wasn’t clean enough, some beds not comfortable. The lighting wasn’t good and towels must be light color to make sure they were clean, bed sheets need to be renewed. The apartment was too pricey for what you get!

The Location was good. The owner was friendly & helpful.
