Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service, that is the one and only negative.

The location is tucked away and quiet, the staff were pleasant, the room was clean, we were able to check in an hour early and lucked out with having a fireplace in the room. The pool was clean and heated for the kids and they had a great time.

the air conditioner vent on the ceiling covers the whole space but it’s hard to redirect the air from blowing in me while sleeping which I’m uncomfortable with.

My room was not cleaned and straightened up after my first night stay.

Location and parking availability was excellent, It was also very nice and quiet in it's location.

John at front desk was a joke, rude to other customers, rooms were not ready till after 430, hot tub with caution tape. Garbage left in room, the breakfast area garbage overflowing dirty tables, will not be back.

Loved it all

The first thing we noticed was the impeccably kept grounds. We entered the property to check in, and we were greeted by the most lovely lady! Her name was Martisha and after a very harrowing journey (7 hours on the road during heavy rain) her kind and heartfelt interaction at check in was just what we needed!!

I asked for more towels and wash cloths and didn't receive them , staff said they were out. That staff person was not helpful or nice. The first shift staff was very nice.

Are The staff was beyond my expectations the welcoming by Kyle was amazing he made sure i had all my needs he even noticed I preferred 1st floor because i had my 4 pound chihuahua and it was easier to walk him he is definitely an asset to this hotel or any company that deals with hospitality. The morning breakfast was great and Gloria the Hostess was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with everything. She is truly an asset to the hotel or to any place the deals with hospitality. These employees are assets to any company. I will return to this hotel especially if they are still there!

Stayed here from 3/2-3/11 in room 225. When we first arrived the hot tub was not up and running due to a part that the staff said they have been waiting for since last year and they weren't sure when it's going to come in at all so that sucked we did get to go into the pool with our kids. I feel like they need some updates because when we were in the pool room a tile had fallen off the wall and onto the floor breaking and no one even touched it,the paint needs to be more updated because it's pealing off of the ceiling also when you are walking on the bottom in the pool you will find yourself stepping on pieces of the bottom coming up. On top of that staff called up to our room to let us know the the people under us had called and complained about our kids because supposedly they were walking to loud I'm not sure why you would put people with kids on a second floor and if so I'm not sure why you would put people underneath them when there are plenty more rooms that were not being occupied. What made our stay even worse after that was when my son woke up with a ring on the back of his neck we bring him to the doctors and they told us it was ring worm and that it most likely came from the mattress on the pull out sofa at the hotel so we told the staff so they knew and could do something about it and they came to change our mattress I thought they were going to take it and go clean it but instead they had grabbed the mattress out of the next room And swapped both of them we were surprised when we seen them do that. For the amount of money we paid to say for that many days we could have went somewhere else with less issues.

The location is the best thing about this place.

The room itself was dated and the kitchen needed some repairs, along with a broken toilet seat.
