The tv remote in the living wasn’t working and the tv kept blinking off and on

Cleanliness was a concern, room had a hole around a sprinkler in the ceiling stuffed with toilet paper, stairwell had not been cleaned, charged for a parking pass but did not mention a charge for it, the facility was dated.

The first room I got had a leak in the ceiling and smelled of mold. The told me there were problems with that building and gave me another room. That room was very well laid out and I stayed another night. Staff was very friendly.

When i extended my stay, my room wasn't cleaned/refreshed until the 3rd day even though they said someone would clean it on the 2nd day. I had to keep calling to make sure it got done.

The breakfast was ok, i liked the variety and i love waffles but i wasn't a fan of these waffles, they tasted bland.

There were no extra sheets in the room for the sofa bed, I had to go to the front desk to get them. It was also difficult to find the room at first.

The were a lot of flies in the dining area. It was not cleaned after meals. The pool also was not cleaned daily and throughout the day. Also noticed a lot of plumbing, water issue concerns.

If house keeping is only going to come by once a week then they need to make sure when you check in there is more than just one bath towel. Waiting over a day for this is unacceptable.

They need to relocate the smoking designated area. People constantly smoking in front of the entrance way. I originally reserved 1 bedroom for two weeks. They screwed up and gave it to someone else putting me on a Studio. I had to keep asking about availability of 1 bedroom. When one finally became available, it was smaller than expected and darker room. I ended up staying at the same Studio room for two weeks.

I liked the location. The staffs were friendly. The room was clean. The house keeping people do a good job. The breakfast is good but I wished the menu changes with different options. The kitchen lady was very friendly and attentive.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We arrived at 6pm and check in was at 4 pm . So if we would’ve been on time getting there we would have to wait 3 hours because the room wasn’t ready til 7pm

I thought the rooms would be on the inside of the property from the lobby area, but wasn’t too bad just had to come down to let me guest in the building. The mattress had a dent right in the middle of it, so that made it very uncomfortable to sleep. There were no wash cloths in the room only towels and hand towels and luckily I brought my own toiletries.

I did not like the billing System. Quoted me one price and charge much more. From what I understand different days I charge different prices,which I think is crazy. The first day was $129 a night by the fifth day I was paying $179 a night. so glad I checked out when I did

It wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, there was something sticky on a couple of the night stands. and something splattered on one of the bedroom doors. It wasn’t terrible, it just could have been cleaner.

I love Residence Inn Hotels because they’re always spacious. It had 2 separate bedrooms along with a full kitchen. This location was close to a lot of restaurants and shops which was really convenient. It was very quiet and in a nice area.

We had a late arrival of 12:15 a.m. I only travel with cash. Trying to check in, the clerk was very agitated and acted as though he wasn’t happy about having a job. When asking could I go ahead a pay for Thursday night and have my friend to put her card on file. He stated no. I let him no that I had small children in the car. He simply kept saying that the full amount of $480 needed to be on card. When asking regarding the overage on amount m, he made me aware that $20 per night for acciidentals and $12 for parking each day. We had to find a hotel at that point. I checked in later the day. The toilet ran over, the housekeeper did not speak English when asking for towels, room door didn’t lock nor did did the extra lock did not work.
