We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt was a suite with sofa bed extra. I was with my seniors parents. At the time to use the sofa bed couldn’t used cause was bad condition feeling all the metals in my back. Then I slept as a couch.

United StatesIt’s not possible to walk anywhere (shops, restaurants) directly from the hotel but most things are a short drive away.
The room was clean with a comfortable bed, spacious lounge area and bathroom, and well appointed kitchen. The breakfast was nice with a variety of hot and cold options. We didn’t use the pool, whirlpool, fitness room, or grill area but they all looked well maintained.

United StatesBed was a bit stiff for my liking. Pillows were also a bit firmer than I like. Smell of cigarette when exiting the elevator on the third floor. All things that are no fault of the hotel, just not my personal preferences.
Nice location. Size of the room. Staff friendliness were all pluses. This place is definitely set up for the multiple day stay type traveler.

Good value for the room . However my 10 lb dog was with me for the night , yes one night . I was charged $150 for that . I called once noticing extra charge . Told , yes that is our pet fee. It is posted on wall at check in . I would have never stayed there to be charge $150 for my dog . It cost $30 per night a kennel . This is really awful of the Marriott

United StatesWe stayed there in the past and we loved it. This time we stayed the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool water was too cold to swim in. This happened during Christmas. Our plans were to enjoy the hot tub every night. We couldn’t even enjoy the pool.
