The room was to pricey for the quality. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean sheets because mine had blood on it, also the trash wasn't removed from the previous guest and the shower wasn't cleaned

Everything about our stay here was wonderfully satisfying. From the moment we were greeted at the front desk to the time we checked-out, we were treated as valuable guests. First, the hotel has been recently renovated and the soothing colors and clean decor immediately had a calming, restful effect on us. The friendly hostess was professional and attentive. The check-in process was quick and easy. Our suite was spacious, clean and welcoming. The king-sized bed was amazingly comfortable with the right amount of firmness and the softest sheets, keeping us cool and comfortable all night long. The A/C unit was quiet and efficient. The floor plan had great flow with lots of places to store belongings. It truly felt like a home away from home. We value great accommodations and we believe that a satisfying experience is only made possible when hospitality personnel commit to excellence in their service. Every single staff member at this hotel was friendly and eager to please. At breakfast, we were greeted by a young man who made sure everything was clean and continually checked that the chafing trays were full of hot, delicious choices. Coffee was hot and fresh with great flavor. The dining area was bright, open and clean as well. I use clean to describe this hotel repeatedly because that is very important to me and it is very clear to me that it is also important to the housekeeping staff. Thank you very much to all the staff for making this stay another satisfying one. You’re all greatly appreciated.

I loved the fresh and innovative way that they structured the rooms floor plans. My room had a king bed, a kitchen with stove top sink, refrigerator sink, a sleep sofa compared to no other hotel. It was huge, you could put comfortably a 10 yrs old and a 9 yr old on it. It was part sofa, high end, and part mattress, wide and comfortable about the size of a queen. The bathroom was Hugh, loved that the TV could swivel in any direction, I could watch TV or swing it towards the kids bed area. The kitchen even had a counter space with stools to eat at. It's remarkable that they can take a little space and design it & decorate it to where it feels absolutely huge, roomy comfortable and feels like littlehome away from home. I loved it so much that I asked if there were more on my travel destinations. I want to see a lot more of these throughout the United States. The counter help told me that this was the only one.

Breakfast, Also the noise there was a family with a kid that was above us, did not like the constant running and stomping had to move then it seemed like the family moved with us. Please put families on lower level.
