    They wouldn't give us a late check out and no one helped us with our TV

    It's a very nice hotel just a few amenities that they need to have as far as being able to put your Netflix on the TV in the living room we couldn't do that no one helped us and they need more mirrors so you can put your makeup on and they wouldn't give us an hour late check out

    i had to change rooms because the first bathroom wasn’t clean at all , the second room there was blood on the mattress & we found out when it was almost time to go because we had to change our own sheets

    The first room they put me in which was 114) two televisions wasn’t working properly. So I call down an the (blk) guy tells me I can either wait till maintenance got here in the morning OR Change room An I’m like of course I want too change my room I’m just getting here An not even settled in CAUSE THE ROOM YALL HAD PREPARED FOR WHEN I BOOK IT AHEAD OF TIME FROM BOOKING.COM AN IT TOOK ME AN HOUR TOO GET TO JERSEY FROM PHILADELPHIA AN MY ROOM HAD TWO TVS NOT WORKING…

    Everything was fine BUT . The noise coming from the room above was constant. I reported it but was told it was too early to correct it. The pounding and heavy walking stopped at 12:30 am and resumed at 6:15 am.

    Money prepaid to booking.com never made it to the hotel and my family was hounded to pay the bill for the rest of the weekend. i was charged different amounts exceeding $1000 several times. the staff was very confrontational.

    Being a engineering mechanic for one of Big Atlantic City Casinos and noticed a window unit AC unit, meant Hvac unit room wasn’t working, rather someone tell me at front desk before giving me room. I would of picked a different room. Had issues trying to get more privacy with curtains s but couldn’t with window unit running and keeping curtains blowing open at night on our anniversary stay over.

    Breakfast could have been offered for a longer time. The hallways on the floor I was on seemed a bit dingy.

    I came down 20 minutes too late for breakfast. It ended too early.

    DIRTY, smelled like smoke and dogs, had to switch rooms. Needs a thorough clean and re-paint. Very few people working. The ones that were working were nice but clearly under stress of lack of additional staff. Pool was not accessible/open and we were not given any notice that we wouldn’t be able to use it.

    We’ve stayed there many years and never had a complaint prior to this year.

    Bad first night experience. Requested a two bedroom suite on the first floor (traveling with 5 adults one child and 2 pets). Given a 4th floor room with a broken AC unit. Was told no way to switch - fully booked. Room was 85 degrees at midnight, no one could sleep. Room was switched for our second night and the rest of the stay was good. After several conversations with Booking.com and the assistant manager, our first night was comped. Based on our conversation with the front desk staff at check out it became obvious that they were aware that they were putting guests in rooms with broken AC units. Really NOT COOL.

    The location is great. It is clean and up until Our last stay I have always given it 5⭐️

    Housekeeper forgot to put towels in room but a trip to the front desk quickly remedied that
