We had to go downstairs to grab ourextra towels, rather than staff coming upstairs to give us them. We stayed two nights and we expected for our room to be clean after the first night, however it was not.

I loved the lobby. It was nice and modern. The breakfast had a better selection than most hotels. The room was really big and the price was great compared to other hotels in the area.

The location is good. However, the entrance road can be easy to miss with construction in the area. All in all, it is probably one of the best hotels for this area.

our bathroom fan didn’t work, so it did have a strong odor. We also didn’t have extra blankets and had to wait a while for those… very minor things that had a result in a lower rating for us. traveling with kids, always aim for seamless travel

2 complaints - sofa bed very uncomfortable, not suitable for 2 kids over 10. The water is very alkaline and the soap doesn’t wash off you - I found this strange.

King suite - bed was comfortable, bathroom luxurious and mini kitchen was used and very welcomed. Basic but sufficient breakfast with everything you need - some hot items and continental breakfast items like oats, bagels, yoghurt, fruit and juice.

The airport shuttle was unavailable both to the property and from the property. The reason we booked this hotel was because it was close to the airport and had an airport shuttle. When I contacted the manager and asked to be compensated for our Uber fares from and to the airport, she declined to offer any compensation whatsoever.

Our room felt wet all over like there was condensation everywhere. The bathroom had hair stuck to the shower! Gross!!! I would not stay here again!

You have cockroaches. I havent reported it yet. The night clerk (female) forgot to order a shuttle for us to the airport and was rude. . The morning clerk - 5:30am, was very nice. (female) The bathroom had a dirty towel in the shower and noodles in the drain in the sink. So disgusted. we paid too much for this room. never book with you again.

Old hotel with a recent facelift. Don’t be fooled. Thermostat wasn’t working, room stayed hot no matter the setting, AC down? Shower had black grime on a lot of the bottom caulking. I chose this hotel due to the cleanliness rating but got duped. Pics below. Definitely not worth 325 a night (with taxes/fees)

The staff at this location was rude and most didn’t wear a mask. The lobby was had people who were clearly sick not wearing masks. My second room also had wet floors and smelled moldy. I question the cleanliness of this location and how seriously the staff takes the pandemic and measures to keep their guests safe.

The rooms were comfortable and easy to get to. The showers were also great.
