We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast was poor - open from 6:30-9:00, but little food left after 8 am. Had to ask for plates, forks, cups for juice and napkins nearly every day. Overall property is getting run down -blackout shades were tattered, bureau drawer didn’t close. Nearby shopping mall is a ghost town so their business is down too I guess.

United StatesPot holes, some big, were difficult to see in the dark and could damage vehicles. Some mornings breakfast was hard to come by, seems staff not able to keep up with demand.
Every staff member was very accommodating with desires and requests. This was a bereavement visit and some requests were made and very quickly approved and granted. This helped a sad time a little easier to endure. Thanks so much!

United StatesThe pool was closed our whole stay due to maintenance, the washers and dryers where out of order, breakfast was terrible (we had to go and buy breakfast and hot drinks elsewhere) there was barely any choice and the microwave didn’t have a turn plate either. The coffee station wasn’t very good and the hallways were very dirty. You could loose a shoe with how sticky the tile In the breakfast area was. A fire door in the back stairway wasn’t closed a majority of the time we were there. On our arrival the elevator wasn’t working. The cleaning staff that we met weren’t very nice either.
I liked the location, it was very easy to get to where we needed to be each day and there is lots of places to eat out at nearby. The front desk staff are really nice.

United StatesThey waited until the day of my arrival that I had to travel over 6 hours to get there to tell me that my room was canceled. The receptionist stated that she sent me an email at 12:45pm on the day of arrival, and I was already in Texas at that time. I was just disappointed because the plans that were made had to be relocated to a restaurant and that Saturday night was my day to host dinner. I had to go to another hotel single king bed that I had a sleep with someone else and my other two had to book another room as well. I will never book their again. Because they tried to blame it on booking com that they don't know when we book a room and this 2 bedroom suite for 4 with a full kitchen was booked April 1, 2023.

United StatesThere was two dirty towels hanging on the back of our bathroom door when we arrived. There were small body hairs all inside the tub and in the corners of the bathroom floor. The dishes in the cabinets had food dried in them, the AC did not get cold and more than once the room temp went up to 79 and it wasn’t even hot outside. it was not comfortable and made it hard to sleep both nights. they did provide us with a fan. The main elevator wreaked or animal urine. I don’t typically complain but the pictures on line make it look more luxurious when it’s actually not clean anywhere. Even all of the exterior room doors are dirty ,the hallways have an unpleasant lingering smell.
The front desk staff were nice, the man that checked us in was very professional and let us know of pool issues right away.
