Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesParking garage fee. Elevators and directions are not clear upon arrival. There are 2 different hotels in 1 Residency not to be confused with the Marriot. Staff were all very helpful but wish it was just more clear upon arrival.
The room was very nice. Modern style apartment efficiency. Clean room bed was super comfortable. Harder bed which I love. The location was amazing walking distance to so many restaurants and good brews. Also, easy walk to Rupp. Parking garage fee but you do get a discount on price.

United StatesWe had a really great stay at this hotel. We self-parked for $19 - much better than the $35 for Valet. Easy access to the parking garage from the lobby. We stayed in the king suite and it was perfect for our family of 4. Easy walking distance to coffee shops and dinner. The pool is a soaker pool - only about 3 ft deep and with 2 people in the pool felt totally full - so we didn't swim. We did enjoy the super awesome workout facilities though - better than a gold's gym without all the muscle men. Would definitely stay here again.

My family attended a wedding at the hotel. The rooms and the entire hotel was clean. We had everything we needed with a full kitchen. Bed was comfy and kids had fun staying on the pullout.

GermanyI stayed on the 4th floor and the floors had trash all over them and it was still there when we checked out. The windows are paper thin, so you can hear the street noise and late night parties all night. For the price of these rooms the breakfast could have been better.
The property location is great, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

We liked the suite it was very nice for our use. The standing shower was great but the shower head was WAY TOO HIGH so I had to get my husband to fix it.
