The air conditioning was loud in the room and would wake me every time it turned back on - unfortunately there was no way to make the fan run continuously.

Great location, very quiet. The hotel was amazing, the beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Many places nearby to eat and do some shopping. Theme parks a few miles away as well as Disney Springs.

You guys mentioned free parking but was charged $10 per day for parking and parking was very difficult to find.

Honestly, everything was excellent! The only even slight bummer was the pool was so heavily chlorinated that our eyes were burning after a few hours of swimming. But I guess that's the tradeoff for a "family friendly" stay! The other thing for families to be aware of is our room didn't have a bathtub. Not a big deal for us since our son is bigger but for a family with tiny tots that might be a challenge.

The hotel was brand new and spotless! The suites were spacious and extremely well appointed! We were visiting family, but its proximity to the Disney Parks would be a huge bonus in the future! We did go to Disney Springs for dinner and it was easy and quick! An added bonus is all the dining options and a Target in walking distance.

The shower was a little weird, because it didn’t have a door!

The breakfast was decent! I’m not a buffet person, but this was well stocked and clean.

I would strongly reccomend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay close to Disney but not in a Disney resort. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included which is nice if you want to leave early for your Disney trip :) There is even a shopping area next to the hotel, with a Target and various food places.

The complimentary breakfast was fine, with a selection of hot food, breads, and cereals, with plenty of space to sit too! My only complaint would be: if you have metal knives and spoons available, please don't give us plastic forks!

The room was really spacious and quiet, with the great kitchen and living room nicely separated from the bedroom and bathroom. I think the format and size would work really well for a couple or a solo traveler. The staff were also really friendly and helpful!

The lights in the room won’t turn on if the master light by the door isn’t on. So if you have to go to the bathroom you have to turn on all the lights then go to the bathroom, turn on that light too. It’s crazy and wakes everyone up.

I stayed there in October and 1 elevator was broke and still or broke again end of February. Based on front desk clerk face don’t think it was ever repaired and no idea when when he repaired. Will consider that when booking again because inconvenient for a lot of people when busy with luggage
