I have been to many hotels in the Orlando area but this was the best stay in Orlando so far. The hotel is super clean, the staff always friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic. Truly the best!

The only thing that I dislike was that the towels and sheets had fragrance- very subtle- but not appreciated for people with fragrance allergies or intolerance. Also the room fragrance at the lobby was something that I don’t like. Is already well known how toxic fragrances can be, I know in the future they will be banned for good. Thanks.

Very pleased with the stay at your Hotel. The look of contemporary decoration at the lobby, everything very clean including the room and bathroom. The staff very polite and with good manners.

Clean, convenient, comfortable. The lobby area had several options for seating. We used one space that was a little more private to do some interviews. It was perfect.

The bar closes at 11 pm. Other than that no complaints.

Easy check in, hotel was clean from top to bottom, plenty of quality wash cloths and over size towels. Two beautiful windows for plenty of sun light. Plenty of storage for clothing and toiletries, nice size swivel TV, large desk with chair. 4 seater bar, and pull out sofa, spacious room. Dont forget the stainless steel kitchenette. The bathroom was gorgeous especially the walkin glass shower. Breakfast was amazing. Gated parking. Nice pool.

Wish pillows are a bit more hard. Not too hard. Pillows were too soft. Also wish there was a kettle in the room. I don’t know if there was an extractor fan, didn’t see any. Wish the hotel can provide that too.

Breakfast was okay. Wish there was a lot more variety. I would like to thank the cleaners that helped to keep our rooms clean. You do have to request for cleaning and how frequent you want it. The location was fantastic. Close to a big mall and other interesting places, It was really a wonderful stay. We loved it. Thank you.

Simply perfect, great customer service (actually the room TV wasn't working properly and the Hotel maintenanace guy brought a new one in a box and hour later... Asked for more towels and there was a knock on the door 5 minutes later with towels).. Great pool, kids loved it, beautiful area to sit outside and hang

I booked for 2 days and booking charged me $289 and the hotel charged me $490 in my bank and then gave me an invoice for $435 and the room is intact without any damage, just because I had a small trained pet that didn't bother anyone Nobody, I have been in several 5-star hotels and this has never happened to me, it seems to me that I was, be careful, do not be fooled

Cleaner rooms, better maid service, and better maintenance (broken toilet). They charge their guests $15 a day to park and the breakfast options were lack luster.

I like the location, the mall was directly behind the hotel which was great.

I hated the pumped through the AC air freshener in the lobby. It is so strong I literally gagged. Eyes tearing and I could actually taste it. The restaurant/bar hours were a bit disappointing as no restaurants are within walking distance as described by the booking site. I dont blame the hotel for that, that falls on the booking site but we would have liked to be able to partake in the service at the hotel but our event started at 5pm and ended at 11 leaving us unable to enjoy this feature.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well stocked and every staff member we encountered was extremely polite and helpful and the free continental breakfast was enjoyable. Rates for the queen suite were very fair too.

we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, there was no shuttle to Universal despite it saying on the website there was and parking at the hotel was expensive

Hotel is usually overcrowded and there is few people at the reception. They never cleaned our suite during our four day stay. When I booked the hotel it was stated that the breakfast was excellent but in really not. Monday breakfast was a mess. People were not authorized inside and they were giving sandwiches with sausage and cheese.Im allergic to lactose and there were no alternatives. The room has a kitchen but be aware that there is no walls separating the beds from the kitchen. For a mariott hotel my experience was quite disappointing and I wouldnt comeback at this site.

The room was big and spacious and I like that , but the furniture was uncomfortable, leather was cold and pillow seat kept sliding out from underneath when seated. Need more decor in room. For the price I expected the room to look a little nicer.
