Very clean room , bathroom and kitchen, staff was exceptional, the complimentary breakfast bar was the best we have ever had. We didn’t get a chance to have the cocktail hour on the roof, but we will on our next stay at the Residence ! Very roomy and bed was comfortable, great view, we were on the 7th floor. Absolutely loved our stay there!

Not all the trash cans in my room had liners in them. When housekeeping visited to tidy my room, they forgot to replace our washcloths. These are small inconveniences, but considering how pricey the room was, I wish the attention to detail had been better.

The property is very close to the Red Hat Amphitheater, which is why I chose it. My room was clean and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home. I like how the property is decorated. The breakfast served was delicious. I like how the kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee pot and dishwasher were easy to use. The desk workspace included is very nice for those who have to bring work with them on leisure trips.

Spacious, clean rooms, convenient to Red Hat Amphitheater. Food and drinks were wonderful at the restaurants in the hotel. Parking in the attached parking garage was an added bonus. Will stay here again.

I didn't think the breakfast buffet was great as what was on the website.

I loved the hotel being so close to the Red Hat Amphitheater was only a 1 block walk to the concert I also really enjoyed the rooftop bar great place to have a few drinks and have great conversation with exceptional views the room was also comfy and clean.

Room 311 doesn't have the prettiest view in town, but we were able to let in sunlight and we could see the sky. No one told us, until we were leaving, to press "2" in the elevator to get to level "4" in the parking deck. That was counterintuitive and we were confounded by that. Charging guests $15 to park in your deck, I feel, should have been disclosed MORE PROMINENTLY, on the website -- it was an ugly surprise. WE spent a LOT of money to drive there and stay there. The entree ($20) that I ordered and tried to eat at the "Overlook" was Shrimp Scampi on a bed of Angel Hair Pasta. The Shrimp was overcooked to the point of being very tough and the sauce on the pasta tasted like Lemon Verbena Hand Sanitizer. My friend ordered the Overlook Club Sandwich. It was amazing, but the onion rings were cold. Our waiter was over-worked and the restaurant/bar was understaffed. We left him a good tip. He brought my friend some hot French fries. He was working so very hard -- tending bar, busing tables, waiting on people, taking payments at the cash register. We were both afraid that he was either going to have a stroke or a heart attack. Treat your employees better!!!!

We very much appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the availability of the soap, lotion and tv. The pillows are EXCELLENT. The rooms were extremely comfortable, safe and quiet.
