From the time we checked in this was a top notch experience. The gentlemen at the front desk was at the end of his shift and yet he was still very attentive and kind. He is a gem and Residence Inn should do their best to keep him. The hotel location is also great. You can't ask for a better setting.

Soundproofing to outside and hallway wasn't great. Breakfast was bad, but I don't think that is so much about the hotel, more about American food in general. Mostly processed food. Sofa bed mattress wasn't very good.

The hotel is in good condition and not too old. The staff were nice. It's nice walking along the promenade in both directions with great views of New York.

The cleaning is a lack, lacking a refill of toilet paper or tissue consistently for 2 week's stay. Cleaning is not proper enough. There is no function of certain lighting n curtains, lack of maintenance, such dish washer is down, so as the hotel laundry machine, two out of 3 washers are down, have to fix. Please 🙏

The location is excellent both for bus n ferry and so spacious in the room. We have been upgraded to suite during our stay due to the no function of the dishes washer. The hotel provides buffet breakfast with good value 👌

I requested paper towel to be sent to my room and it never happened.

Breakfast is okay, but a lot of egg related options. It would be great to have milk as another option for protein.

The sofa bed is noisy when you roll over. The bedroom needs a mirror.

Location! We used the ferry to get to NYC -- so convenient! We enjoyed the suite situation. We love all the lounging areas. Breakfast is really good! Very friendly desk and housekeeping peopke!

The wifi was awful, rooms are a little dark, natural light is scarce.

At the laundry room , the machine would only accept credit or debit cards. . If i may suggest, to have prepaid Cards sold at the hotel so it Will be easier to access the machines Or have the machines accept coins Or Bills.

At the reception, Cris gave exceptional service, he is friendly and helpful even went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay for us. We were glad Cris was around. Clean room, comfortable bed, spot less bathroom. Perfect view if NYC SKYLINE along the Hudson River from bedroom window. Complete Kitchen facitly, love the refrigerator, too. Location was perfect , Easy access via Bus 158 from NYC-NJ at the Port Authority Bus Terminal and from NJ-NYC at Bus Stop 21852 (just across the hotel) only 18-20minutes ride Free access to WIFI is great Free Breakfast was just okay

Room did not have coffee to make in it, it did have a coffee machine but there were no pods or coffee and items to make in the room as explained in the check in. There were also no instructions in room for the wifi login or password which were also included in the price of my room. Parking was at an addition fee in the parking garage.

Room was very nice and staff was very nice. Front desk personnel were exceptional and helped a lot with directions and best routes into the city for our destination.

Very good location, the ferry to Manhattan is just at the front of the building , a lot of parking space, super easy for people who drive to new York.

We didn’t like that on our arrival day the extra bed in the living room was not prepared. Breakfast was ok.

The location was very good. The men in charge for the breakfast was fantastic! He has been there 4 out of 6 morning and there is a huge difference when he was there or not.
