I didn't like that the pool was freezing even they say it was heated... It was very diificult to navigate to our rooms. My father is 80. We were on the very end unit all the way in the back. Because My father is feeble and older, It took him quite a while to walk to and from the room after breakfast. He also was disoriented because it was a square and it took him a while to bear his senses and figure out his directions. Another thing is we could smell the weed from on the elevator which was very strong. I am guessing we were in an older unit as the couches were not comfortable and older. The rooms and kitchen were very clean. The bed linens smelled nice and clean. (Trust me, I have been to ones where they smelled like they weren't even changed. )

Location was great and near to the Mall. It was near to local shops Dollar Tree, Walmart, Shop Rite and Panda Express. Breakfast was amazing and hot. It was served fresh. They had a variety to choose from including scrambled eggs, sandwiches. Prepare your own way oatmeal, bacon, eggs, drinks, Milk, juice and cereal, even yogurt, along with a variety of toppings. I wish they had fresh fruit. I think they had 2 bananas and orange. I wish there was a fresh fruit option as my children were looking for it. All in all, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The sitting area was cozy. My children played basketball in their outdoor court. There was a hole in the fence so the ball kept rolling out. If ever in the future, maybe they could have a Starbucks or hot coffee/ chocolate station 24 hours would be amazing. I wanted to use the business station to work, but it was out in the open; definitely not a workspace. That would make this even more worthwhile. Other than that, a great stay. I would definitely come back.

Wish the rooms where soundproof. People above us were playing loud music and running thru the hallway. Couldn't use the frying pan because it was so warped only the middle of the pan heated up.

Everything was great. Room was clean, we had plenty of room for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. Staff was always smiling and friendly.

My only complaint for this property was the pool being closed and not having proper notice given before my checkin or reservation was booked. The facility was beautiful but who goes to a hotel and doesn’t get in the pool or hot tub.

I loved the entire facility. Very homey and gave all the comforts of being home but your not. So glad I shopped around and found this place before booking, this facility was great.

The only thing that we didn't like was that they said the pool was heated, but it did not feel heated.

The pool being open until 11pm was awesome. We loved the fire put, but unfortunately we didn't get to use it. We loved the basketball courts and the breakfast. We also loved the full refrigerator, the dish washer, microwave, and stove. It was in a great location for what we needed it for. We loved it and we would definitely return as well as recommend it to others. Being pet friendly is also very important to us. The staff was also wonderful.

We booked our room so that we would have a place to sleep after traveling 12 hours. They are so kind to have overbooked 7 rooms so that we had to stand there for 45 minutes while they tried to scrounge up a room that wasn’t really supposed to be booked for anything never the ac is broken. The other poor people didn’t even get a room which is very sad.
