We got downgraded to a much smaller suite at check in, a disability room. Breakfast was routine. The icemaker didn't work. And the product dispensers didn't work,or were empty.

The fact that I had prepaid for my room on Booking.com and when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room was not paid for so my card was swiped once again. I HAVE BEEN BILLED TWICE FOR THE SAME ROOM!!!

The location was very peacefull and ALL of the staff that we came in contact with were professional and courteous; we felt right at home.

There was a slight pet odor and I really don't like the fact that there is no daily housekeeping/maid service. Last, there were some minor issues with doors in the suite - overall, the hotel didn't disappoint. I love R.I.

Room 220 needs to have all vents cleaned. Lots of "dust bunnies" causing my allergies to go crazy. Also, the shower curtain needs to be cleaned as well.

This stay was not quite as pleasant … there were some guests who were participating in some drug activity and the smell was coming through the vents into our room. When letting the staff on duty know of the issue they acted almost as if we should just deal with it. This hotel is not a cheap stay by any means so that was a little disappointing. We also did not feel quite as welcome this time around by staff while in passing we weren’t greeted in the mornings like we normally would be and were never once asked about our stay. Our bathroom was not very clean either but we managed.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and always had a pleasant experience I love the outdoor fire pit and the breakfast is actually pretty good and is kept stocked and cleaned.

Not sure I like the whole community shampoo and conditioner. Pool was closed when we arrived. Staff member was little rude when I asked if it would be opened. Outside door was broken open. Overall was a nice place.

This was a lovely place. Bed was very comfortable. Clean. Big! Little noisy night we stayed. Busy. Not really fixable.

We were only at this location for one night, so I have a limited idea of the place. What I saw and experienced was awesome! No complaints!

The room was huge, affordable, and clean. The staff members were kind, courteous, and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold options, and it was served with health and safety measures in place. We will definitely stay here again!

The bathroom was a bit small and difficult to bathe for a handicapped person.

Everything! Such a great suite. There was a full kitchen, dining area, sitting room with fireplace, desk and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helped me get my things to my room. Above and beyond any customer service I've received elsewhere.
