The shower was a little tricky to use since the knob has to forcefully be pulled outward to switch the shower. But everything in the room worked.

The room could use some renovation: microwave, towel rails, some areas of carpet. The bushes around the room were filled with cobwebs and there were small spiders in the room.

The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Despite the proximity to the highway in the room it was quiet. The air conditioner worked well and not even too loud. The bed linen and towels was very clean.

This location is convenient to the freeway, but that means it can be loud. There are also lots of homeless folks in the area, so you absolutely cannot leave anything in your car unattended. This is true for most of the Bay Area, but is particularly noticeable here. Staff manages the issue as best they can, but it might be surprising to those who are not expecting it. Outdoor areas are fairly run down.

Clean, well-kept property with friendly staff. Rooms are large with a full kitchen and bathroom. Nice lobby area. Very convenient to 880 freeway.

I did not like the fact that you have to put down a 250-500 deposit per room, and it was not mentioned when I booked. I booked two rooms and they were asking for a 1000.00 deposit which in my opinion is extremely excessive.

I loved the layout of the rooms and also the cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and beyond accommodating.

our fireplace was not working and the whole room filled with smoke. we could hardly breathe. we called the front desk and they said to air it out. we opened all windows and doors. we aired it out but the room stank like smoke. we were upgraded to a suite and that was really nice! but having to switch all out belongings was hard because we were there for 2 days and had a lot of kitchen items with us. we also had food in the oven cooking while the room was filling with smoke from the fireplace

the room was clean and comfortable if you like stuff beds.

Microwave was dirty, lights above the sink were out. 4/6 lights. There was no linen for the pull out bed, no lots of pans.

Room smelled of mold, refrigerator leaking water. Room dirty. Called maintenance, they wanted to come and start working on frig repairs at 9 at night. People above me made noise all night. Bed linens dirty and uncomfortable. Worse hotel ever and I've stayed in a motel 6 before.

The bath tub was in a state of decay. The bath tub flooring was peeling horribly. There were only 3 working light bulbs out of 6 on the vanity. The utility closet was filthy. The dishes were all in the dishwasher - I had to hunt for them. My companions in 2 different rooms one her kitchen was flooded and her room smelled of mildew. The staff did not seem to care or try to assist. The other had only one working lightbulb in her bathroom vanity. Poor quality for a Marriott brand. Very disappointing.

The room layout was comfortable. The muffin was fresh.
