There wasn’t anything to complain about the hotel however there is for booking.com Stay here for work, and need a last minute stay. I book the same day, and took forever to get the room since the hotel did not receive confirmation payment from booking. Booking need to communicate faster with hotels when it comes down to same day booking. If you need same day book avoid third parties (learned this hard way) and book directly with the hotel.

The food not everyone can eat pork it should be separate. Potato not to be cooked with pork and they have ham cooked separately too.

The breakfast was very good but some people have allergies to pork I wish they didn’t have the potato cooked with it .

The AC started in the middle of the night, even though it was turned off. Besides that we were able to hear our neighbors above our room quite a lot

This hotel is not standard, it is clearly better than most similar ones in their class. We had a fully new room, with a full kitchenincluded. The night stands have sockets as well as 2 usb outlets, which is perfect for charging. The TV is big and has all kind of channels available. The furniture is new. The bed is comfortable. REALLY outstanding is the breakfast, besides the standard things they have a pan cake machine and the full highlight is the taco station, this is just great.

Tired looking corridors and carpets however these were due to be cleaned after our stay according to a letter in our room.

We were only here for a 1 night stay whilst working our way up to San Francisco. The rooms were spacious and contained lots of amenities. The bed was comfortable and the TV was a smart TV which was great.

Worst experience. Choose this hotel to stay at the safe place and to participate in swimming competition. And I had to deal with drinking/ smoking pot teenagers inside the building( they booked a room next to mine) and brought some friends. They were drinking since 3pm on the stairs next to my room, banging on my door, scared my kid. Didn’t let us sleep the whole night. Had to deal on my own with them. Guy at the front desk said they allowed to have as many guests as possible in the room after 10 pm .its their policy. And even didn’t asked them to leave the property or leave the room after 10pm.

The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom and kitchen were big and clean. The kitchen have everything you needed from a dishwasher fridge, stove top and microwave. As well as the the necessary cooking equipment. The bed and pull out couch was comfortable with plush bedding. Property was nice and easy to access. Staff was friendly and helpful.

(1) No safes in the room. (2) The hotel was pretty empty when I stayed, but it still felt the need to put me below a room that was occupied. I could hear the person walking around, which was noisy. Why, when there were other rooms free of neighbors?

If I had to pick something it's I wish breakfast was served earlier on the weekend. We had to leave at 6:45am and breakfast wasn't available until 7am.

I liked how secure the building was. You couldn't enter the building without a key card. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

Because this is an Extended Stay hotel, it felt like we had our very own studio apartment; everything you'd expect in a living arrangement was there (such as a kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils), including the typical hotel amenities. Their breakfast had a wide selection. The pool, fire pit, and exercise room were well-maintained and a must-experience if you choose to stay here.
