Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe price, as I've been staying at the hotel for 6 years for the NSRA Street Rod Nationals and every year the prices have drastically increased. I understand things can't stay the same but I think there is a little bit of price gouging going on that week during the show. Hotel van use to take you to other location under 3 miles but not no more.
The staff has always been very pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast is okay, it could have a little better variety as everyday was pretty much the same food.

United Statesit was fine, I left a container of personal items in my room at check out. later that day I went back to the hotel to get those items and most of them were gone. the items taken were of little dollars value but they were gifts from coworkers at my last place of employment. it deeply upsetting one that I left the container and the two items were removed from the container.

United StatesThere was one dirty cup in the cabinet (but the other 3 looked clean). I chose the airport location because it was near the highway. But there's NOTHING useful close by: no gas stations, restaurants, fast food places, convenience stores, grocery - and the choices for frozen dinners sold by the front desk could have been better. I finally found a Walgreens, but the food section there was almost empty.
The staff was very friendly. The room had everything and the wifi was very good. I was happy to find I could stream YouTube without having to sign in or set up anything.

United States2 girls showed up out of no where asking for phone charger so they could get home. Seemed a bit sketchy. (Also was bugging the front desk) I was right. They started playing with a basketball my kid won from Kentucky kingdom. He said please give me my ball back. I don’t know you. They started cussing f this and f that. Entitled teens thinking they can just use other people’s property without even courtesy of asking first. He would have shared if they asked, but these girls waking down the street showed up in the pool area. I never mentioned to hotel staff bc they were more worried about closing the darn pool instead of what happened. Hotel more concerned with laws then personal customer safety. Good luck YALL!!! All I said to these two girls who weren’t even guests at the hotel was… girls please give him the ball back. Heck… after the hotel staff yelled at my kids I didn’t even want to mention they had random people bothering paying guests. Didn’t want them to start yelling at me bc I interrupted their ball game. Facility was fine but some staff and no one checking on facilities… i just wanted to get back to the room and hide… ON VACATION WITH MY KIDS!!!
Staff was wonderful at check in. I went to front desk to get pool towels (none were provided on the outside shelves), it was right at pool closing time and the two guys up front were doing nothing other than watching a basketball game on tv. They gave me the towels and immediately said I’m gonna go close the pool. We walked to pool so I could give my kids the towels and he was almost screaming at my kids to hurry up and get out of the pool bc it’s the law. Like geez… if you were so concerned about clearing the pool on time you wouldn’t have waited until 30 seconds before closing time. If I hadn’t asked for towels they probably wouldn’t have even noticed the time to close the pool bc they were watching a game. I get it… kids don’t always listen immediately but dang… you don’t have to start raising your voice saying to children “it’s the law”. Who knows if that’s accurate or not in Ky. Could be but we were out of the pool and leaving within a couple mins grabbing our stuff. Totally rude especially since I asked for towels and headed out anyway. Screaming was 1000% unnecessary.
