Wish there was a hot tub, but the pool was still very nice

Everything was perfect.

Great room set up (kitchenette, table, etc.) Abundance of charging ports, great heating and cooling system. Easy access and modern shower. Loved breakfast choices.

The pillows were way too soft, no support to them at all, bar not open on Saturday night, pool was very cold.

The location was nice, very quiet. Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Love that they are pet friendly.

Room temperature was too warm. We turned way down and cracked a window. Still warm overnight.

Booked 2 days knowing I might need to cxl one when my itinerary was finalized. Booking.com said I would be able to cxl.. i Im'd thru booking.com to cxl 1 night with no response from hotel. Called hotel who said they could cxl first night but I had to pay for it. They said they would keep my reservation for 2nd night though. When I got there they had cancelled my reservation for the second night. They were able to find me a room though.

Staff was very pleasant and hotel was very clean and peaceful. They also have a very nice breakfast.

Our shower kept backfilling from the moment we started using it. After the 3rd shower, I was frustrated, so I flipped up the drain, and found chunks of poop and hair underneath it. Obviously, I was grossed out and disgusted, even more so because it wasn't from our family. I did my best with what I had to remove what was there until clean. I rinsed, and then I wiped up with disinfecting wipes we brought with. And then let the hottest water run for a few minutes. Then the water went down and we were good for the rest of our stay. There was always food/chips on the floor in the pool area. Beds are hard, and pillows are VERY soft. I recommend bringing your own pillows. I didn't sleep the whole first night because I was so uncomfortable, and still had some trouble the second night. They really didn't have much to choose from for people who eat a plant-based/vegan diet. I can't eat dairy, and I choose not to eat animal products for personal reasons. Weirdly, all of these things were fairly small issues because everything else was just that good. We would definitely stay here again. I hope they read all of this and take note. Which I'm sure they will and make everything even better.

It was a comfortable atmosphere. Nice, quiet, and happy. The employees felt like family and friends. The location was great, safe, with beautiful surroundings. Inside of the hotel was beautiful and well taken care of. Breakfast was fairly healthy. Grateful they had plant-based milk. Close and easy to get to everything.

The building is in an absolutely beautiful location. Wish I could’ve seen it in the summer season but alas was beautiful anyways! Breakfast was always delicious! The room we booked felt like our little home away from home! Definitely deserves a 15 out of 10!

Hallways could use vacuuming more often.

Loved the newness of the hotel. Ample space and nicely done bathrooms. Very pretty rooms and loved the fire in the lobby.
