1.Should have a greater supply of handicapped accessible rooms on all floors 2.Had to request bedding for pull out sofa 3. Pull out sofa is old and broken down and needs to be replaced and upgraded. The sofa foundation and mattress sinks like a bowl making it impossible to be comfortable for any child or adult. 4. Floor in front of elevator on 3rd floor seems very unstable and needs to be shored up 5. Breakfast should be extended to 10am

The hallways are very, very stark and dark. Not inviting at all however, very clean. Elevators are located on a far end of the building. Can be a problem for some guests, if you’re unfit to take the stairs and your room is on the opposite end of the elevators….and you have to walk down the long and very dark hallway.

This is pretty much a comment on all hotels. The heating can be too noisy. You do get used to it.

It was a buffet breakfast that changed every day. Nice choice from scrambled eggs to cereal to bagels etc. Good coffee. Plenty of room to sit down. Plus, the room has a dining and a living room area closed off from the bedroom. If you are there for several days, this is so important.

The bathrooms were a bit dated. The air conditioner required maintenance but they responded quickly and the problem was resolved shortly after.

We loved the location and the staff. They were prompt in addressing our needs. Though we arrived early for check-in and rooms were not ready yet, staff was friendly and helped us with our belongings until our rooms were ready.

It should have garbage disposables along with the ashtrays already there, by all entrances so people like me don't have to walk all over the property to find the garbage containers.

The carpets in the rooms can be more clean. Also, allow at least 1 hour for late check out. We had to rush my elderly parents out of the room to meet the checkout time. Also, I would suggest more fruit options on the menu for breakfast.

The suite option with separate bathrooms. Exactly what we needed when traveling with elderly parents. In addition, the continental breakfast was very convenient.

Breakfast was just adequate. There was more on Saturday than on weekdays. The staff was barely keeping up with replenishments and it was a bit difficult to ask room to warm up in the microwave, which was inside the kitchen. Simply providing a microwave in the food room would alleviate this. Also there was just one kind of bread - white. Would be nice to offer wheat as well.

The only thing I was unhappy with was the fireplace not working. There was also a fire alarm that went off and there was no evacuation done. Communication was not good. I would recommend a better plan of action when things like that happen.

Pet fee was a tad extreme compared to other places. Shower was cold Front desk person was no where to be found when I couldn’t get in my room with key. We got threw out because someone smelled gas (no big deal, safety first) but they could’ve discounted a few dollars for the inconvenience. They also were very lenient on early check in and later check out. Pool time kinda sucked. It was open from 6am-8pm. Who the heck is awake at 6am and wanting to swim.
