The shower was running too slow and took unnecessary time to rinse. Regardless, it was a remarkable experience we had during the stay.

The facility and the location are great, with easy access to business areas and moving around. The amenities in the room are beyond expectations. The staff was friendly and readily available to help during the visit, which made our stay awesome.

After you are in the hotel you must pay 200 dollars apart from the hotel cost in case you damage something and they will refund it a week later, for me it is an abuse, I think that with one business day returning the money is fine, a week is a lot without Say that you don't expect to pay 500 dollars in one night.

The accommodation is very comfortable, beautiful and clean.

Housekeeping - we opted out for housekeeping on our 3rd day housekeeping came into our room while we were out. She took our garbage along with my $25.00 travel coffee mug. Didn’t do anything else in the room. No bed, bathroom or even dishes. On check out day, while my husband was out, I was getting ready to pack up, that’s when I realized my mug was missing. At 9:30 someone was knocking on the door, it was housekeeping. I asked her if she came into our room yesterday she said yes, then I asked her about my mug. Her response was at first I don’t know what you’re talking about. Then she change her story and said she thought it was garbage. Mind you my husband had the exact mug next to mine by the stove. My response was well, I guess my $25.00 mug is your tip, you weren’t supposed to enter it clean the room till we checked out. With all my travels this is the first time something like this happened.

Location was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Hotel staff was very pleasant except for housekeeping.

It is a pet friendly hotel, so there was an occasional dog barking we could hear from our room. At booking, I was slightly concerned about allergies and reactions from my family members with allergies to animals (cats and dogs) but we didn’t experience any issue, which was a relief.

Only complaint asked for a 3pm check in didn’t arrive till 330 and my room wasn’t ready. We waited about 90 minutes till our room was ready for check in. If we arrived on time it would of been a 2 hour wait. Didn’t even offer compensation

The room itself was absolutely beautiful and comfortable, but when I went into the king size bedroom and pulled down, the covers six long black hairs were noted on the fitted sheet and pillowcase. I called downstairs right away and asked them to send somebody up to change the linen. The person at the front desk came quickly to my room and handed me a bag of linen. I asked him why do I have to strip the bed when I’m paying $315 for the room he said there is no housekeeping at 4:30 in the afternoon they went home. The gentleman also said that he had the best housekeeper working in that room. I didn’t comment except for the price. I’m paying I shouldn’t be stripping and making my own bed. I asked him to come in and show him the hairs, but he handed me the bag and left, when I replaced the fitted sheet, it was clean. The sheet looked wrinkly slept on and had hair all over it. Everything on my bed.

The property itself seemed very nice but when I went over to the pool area with my daughters which there was supposed to be adult supervision, approximately 10 young 14/15 year-old teenagers, were bouncing around in the pool diving splashing screaming, and there was no parent there to redirect them. It was very loud and noisy to appoint that we had to leave the swimming area.
