My biggest complaint was the shower would leak water all over the bathroom floor every time you showered. We ended up using towels to block it all every time we showered and it was a mess and annoying. Our ice machine also didn’t work and when we told the front desk, they said it’s just slow and they *could* send ice if we needed it, he never sent ice when I told them our machine didn’t work.

Location was great. Amazing place to stay a weekend and get some shopping or something done. Breakfast was okay, but pretty lacking. Didn’t have any prepared items besides sausage, felt very much like a cheap motel 6.

Bathroom: too small. Shower head not adjustable enough. Low water pressure. Sliding glass door on shower did not open enough to allow passage for a larger bodied person. Toilet too low and toilet seat would not stay up. Bed: Mattress too soft or needs to be replaced

Room was very spacious and fit the needs for my family. Pet friendly property made it very easy for our senior dog.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. There was a full cup of something still in the microwave. The light fixtures were dusty making room feel dingy. The stove top was not wiped clean as there was clearly an old spill on most of it. The hot tub water in the pool area looked abnormally cloudy as if it required a good cleaning which was a disappointment as that is one of the most important features to us when booking a room.

The location. The price. The size and accomodations of the room. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

We had 2 rooms. One had a "damaged" lamp shade, bed was made but appeared hastily thrown together, was stocked with different toiletries, and a sliding closet door was stuck. Pullout mattress was in poor shape. Room could use a deeper cleaning however, my dil is a private cleaning provider ...Keurig please!!

Room was spacious, pillows comfy, well supplied kitchen and hot showers. Breakfast and staff were GREAT! Overall looked good.

People in the neighboring room were smoking marijuana and you could smell it in the hallway and coming through the heat ducts. Staff could monitor the "no smoking" policy.

We were in town to see a show at the Kodak Center and stayed 2 nights in a one-bedroom King Suite, which was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us. The amenities in the room (fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and oven plus utensils) were great! We appreciated the many areas to plug in USB chargers in addition to having 2 smart TV's in the suite. The breakfast menu (now changed from buffet due to Covid) ordering was a great alternative and I was so happy to see both the pool and hot tub were up and running (and very clean)! The whole hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and housekeeping did a great job as well! In addition to all of this, the hotel is in a perfect location near the airport, restaurants, bars and recreational activities! I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!
