The internet service was spotty. It kept routing us to sign-in versus being free without pouching for information. After assistence from hotel staff, we were able to gain internet access without all the unnecessary info.

the breakfast was great and the location of the hotel downtown was excellent. I especially like your hotel because it is pet-friendly. That is a big, big plus.

This was our 2nd stay here. We came back for the big 2 room suite, comfort of beds and great breakfast bar. We have another reservation for the fall here. I would highly recommend to others to stay.

We booked the 2 Bedroom Suite. Plentifully space for a family of 4. We loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. Our suite was clean and comfortable. About 3 blocks away from Market Square. Will definitely stay here again in the future. And the breakfast bar had hot food and good choices. Highly recommend.

I would say the only bad thing was the construction going on close by the hotel, of course it's not the hotels fault but that's about the only thing I didn't like about the area, the parking it kinda small but it's regulated so you'll can always find a spot.

The room and location was better than I expected, the hotel was close enough to the Riverwalk and close enough to where we needed to go, so it was perfect. The room was great, very spacious, clean overall I love it.

The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to pay for parking.

I liked the fact it had a full kitchen. I bought pots and pans and I didn’t have to because it was all provided. I would stay here again.

I was in a 2 bedroom and one of the bedrooms was a bit stuffy with a slight smell. It wasn't a bad smell just stuffy. The other bedroom and living area were fine. There is construction going on in the parking lot and you can almost miss the hotel entrance.

I never participate in surveys, but I had to participate this time. Victoria checked me in. She was EXCEPTIONAL! She was very professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. She even wrote down restaurants for my family to try. We were in town for a military graduation. She was so thoughtful and excited for my family. We even showed her pictures after the graduation and her warm wishes and congratulations for our loved one was amazing! I also had problems pulling out the sofa bed and she personally came up to the room to help me. She told me to call if I needed anything at all and her working hours for the day. I would come back just for her customer service!!! Our two day stay was great and we had exceptional service from Victoria and the staff. Also, if you are a fan of hot water (not lukewarm), you would appreciate the showers here.

The beds were soft and uncomfortable. The living room furniture was terrible - extremely uncomfortable. MANY of the TV stations did not work or were unavailable, although MSNBC was available. For those who like to spend time on FOX news stations or sports stations, it must be a dream system. For the rest of us, forget much entertainment on the antiquated television system. I discovered at checkout that there is a $10 per night for parking. There is no valet parking or parking garage. Just a $10 nightly fee for self-parking in an unassigned outdoor slot by the building. This irritated me greatly. Even though I have stayed in this location many times (before Covid set in), I will not be staying here again unless there is a total update of the place. It is way past the time for renovation.

The front desk people were nice. Other than that, pretty much nothing.

There was no housekeeping for the 3nights, breakfast was not fantastic.

Onsite parking was good and cheap, staff are friendly.

the hot tub had to much chlorine in it and gave my kids a chlorine rash and fried my daughters hair
