We stayed in a penthouse suite and one of the bathrooms was very clean. There was hair in the bathroom sink and in the bathtub/shower.

At least one parking per room should have been free. Also there is no drinking water provided to the room, at least water bottle should have been provided so it can be filled by individuals from reception water dispensary.

Next to the property, there is small garden. It was amazing experience to walk during morning and evening. Attached Kitchenette with the room gives more comfort, it gives more freedom and flexibility if you are staying for long duration.

Everything was great

The room was amazing, I wish more hotels were like this. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 17 year old son. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Can't wait to stay there again.

There were quality staff like Danny, and then there were the morning staff. Don't even know the ladies name, but she has terrible customer service. The room has debris under the sofa and ends tables. Could use a good thorough cleaning .

Too crowded in the breakfast area with many diners.

The rooms are tastefully furnished. This inn feels quite new and everything was in good order. There was variety in the breakfast spread over the days.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit further away from restaurants and shops. You can see them on the other side of the 101, but there isn't an easy way to get over there such as crossing a bridge. On the plus side, this probably makes the area a bit quieter and safer.

The suites are very spacious! Breakfast was great – honestly one of the better ones I've had. It even included rice, kimchi, and packets of miso soup which was a great surprise. On Friday morning, there was scrambled eggs and bacon. On Saturday morning there were croissant sandwiches, sausage patties, and mixed veggies. Lots of options whether you're a carnivore or vegetarian. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and had everything you could possibly want: large bathroom, kitchen with microwave, full fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher. There appeared to be about four suites per building which means that there are less chances of having a noisy neighbor. I asked for a quiet room and they accommodated this request. I would definitely stay here again!

There was an open trash bin with a large metal piece sticking out right near the front of the entrance. Really took away from the property since we had to drive by it every day.

The size of the rooms, the grounds were nice except for one part, the breakfast had a lot of options, and the staff was absolutely wonderful.

Everything was lovely from the property to the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Staying at this location was like staying at home not a hotel, had all the amenities that you would need to make yourself at home

The stadium is a bit of a walk .. we went to watch a game and had to walk back.. but will mostly stay here our next game!

The 600 deposit upon arrival that was not specified for the 2 br penthouse suite upon booking. We weren't aware of this huge deposit until checkin then mgr reduced to 300 but that was still high and unexpected
