The popcorn ceiling was shedding. The water took 10 minutes or more to get warm. The furniture looks old and is scratched up and should be replaced.

The location was close to the airport and restaurants. The rooms are spacious. The staff were AWESOME. Very friendly and professional.

My family (my 89 year old mother, my 82 year old stepdad and my 65 year old husband) and I had to wait in the hallway with our luggage because the key didn't open the door ipon checkin. I had to go back downstairs from the 4th floor via elevator to get accessible door keys. Upon entering the room, the bathtub in one of the bedrooms had visible rust stain and it wasn't clean and constantly dripped water. No coffee maker in the room. Lits of dust on furniture.Tub/shower was too small and difficult to maneuver. A fee of $10 was charged daily to my credit card for parking, which we were not aware off at the time of booking. However, I did get the manager to reimburse the parking fees. Customers should be made aware of parking fees upon booking and not after checkout. Otherwise our stay was memorable.

Dirty, outdated, sad exercise room, bad breakfast foods. To charge $400+ AND $600+ a night, there should be no dust in the bathroom, bad fixtures or dirty linens!!

I was told hotel had generator and that kitchens in the suite were the only thing that wouldn’t work if power went out. The generator was only for emergency lights - no outlets, no AC, no anything. Luckily the power didn’t go out as I spoke of chose another hotel. Not upfront with what the generator powered.

Stayed during Hurricane Ian. Perfect for our need to be on higher ground. Requested 3rd floor.

The beds are the most uncomfortable beds we've encountered in a Marriott hotel! We stayed in a 2br suite and found the beds to be uncomfortable and also the placement of the smoke detectors in the bedrooms to be odd- the green indicator light is very bright and the detector is positioned high on the wall opposite the head of the bed, so the light shines right in your eyes as you are lying in bed. With all the other lights out it actually illuminates the area over the bed. Overall we will probably stay elsewhere next time for comfort.

The staff were very welcoming and the room was very clean. Great location, as the purpose of our stay was due to appointments at Moffitt.

I think that it is past time to replace the mattresses. I've stayed here twice now for business and both rooms this was a problem. I will stay elsewhere for this issue alone.

Sliding screen to balcony was off track so it was unusable. In the morning it sounded like a very loud generator was going on and off periodically.

The rooms location. It was above a huge HAVC Condenser that was loud all of the time. And across from an exit stairwell that filtered the smell of cigarette smoke up into the hall and my room.

I enjoyed the well equiped spotless room. Its large windows in both the living area and bed room area allowed for some spectacular sunset views.

Nice kitchen but needs different lighting. Needs coffee filtersand 4 full place settings and different sizes of bowls. Ours had none. Only gave less than a 10 because the couch was very uncomfortable. Beds were OK not great.Nice weight coverlet though.

Very clean and Location and staff were great! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our most important needs for a room were clean, quiet and comfortable. The 2 br suite we had was all of those. Management says the rooms are being redone so next time will be a 10.
