Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe bed was horrible. Mold in the shower. Didn't get the 2 beds as requested when booking. Old chewed gum stuck to headboard. Room smelled extremely bad. At least 1/2 inch space under door that anything could have crawled under door and entered room. When I asked to be moved to another room I was told there were no more rooms. When I got up at 5am each morning there were maybe 5 vehicles at best in the parking lot. When I checked in the guy acted like he couldn't find my reservations when he had it all the time. He kept insisting I had only booked it for 1 night when it was 2 nights. Never will stay there again.

USADrove 5 hrs for my grandma's funeral, staff was rude and ugly, room was not clean at all, no toilet paper, you could tell the room hadn't even been swept or anything been wiped down, with COVID going on that is an absolute no! Do not rent from here, The pics are misleading online. It's basically a crack motel. There was hair in the refrigerator, hair from somebody shaving in the sink still, dirty stuff in the bathtub. I took photos and a video and was just extremely disappointed and then even more disappointed once I tried to speak to the man in front which wouldn't even refund my total amount of money back he still kept $3 and was trying to keep $10 before that. Told me why did I take 35 minutes in the room and I explained to him because I was speaking with booking.com and speaking through the app to someone from that motel about the situation. The price wasn't even the same upon arrival I had to pay an extra $17. I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED, IT IS NOT A FAMILY ORIENTED MOTEL, DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! I have more pictures than what I could upload and also have a video!!

United StatesThey wouldn't look up our confirmation with booking.com they said we didn't have reservations, they charged someone else's card when we got there, the room had blood on the wall, the walls were dirty, there was mouse poop on the floor, the beds didn't have proper sheets, the couches were tore up, there was something hanging out of the ceiling, it had bugs in it.

There were stains on the floor and couch was ripped. The chair provided in the room had grease or oil or something on it .
