Awesome staff, and not just the front desk. Maintenance folks working around the property greeted us and ask if we needed anything. Try and get a 2nd floor deluxe studio at the very back. The balcony has great views and is warm in the morning.

Location of the hotel next to the park was great. And the short walk into town was very easy. Free use of laundry facilities allowed us wash all our clothes.

We booked a murphy bed room and we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the room was when the bed was up and with how comfortable the the bed was. It was our first time staying in a murphy bed room and we would certainly book one again.

Front desk staff was responsive, friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and the decor lovely.

Be sure your windows are shut tight or you'll wake up to chimney smoke seeped in. No power outlet by murphy bed.

This Hotel is the best. Large comfortable rooms just offset in quiet location along the Paseo north. ALL staff we encountered were very helpful and very friendly. Can't say enough positive about our experience

The pool and hot tub were closed because of COVID but they still charged the resort fee? They did provide free WiFi but still didn’t make up for the resort charges. Also on our final night, they rented the room above us and we could here whenever they flushed the toilet and/or used the sink or shower.

The location was fabulous and the staff were great. We had a unit with a bed that pulls out from the wall as the room was fairly small. But the bed was comfortable.

We were attending the Big Barn Dance located next to you, but we weren't able to use the connecting gate to get there. We were told that was the decision of the town of Taos, not the hotel. But that would have made our stay a lot easier.

Check in went smoothly, masks were worn by staff and guests while in the lobby area, polite and accommodating staff.

Would prefer a regular bed, rather than the murphy bed, but the bed was comfortable enough. The kitchenette was handy for re-heating prepared food, but guests should be advised there is no way to cook in this room other than in the microwave; we still appreciated having the fridge, microwave, and dinnerware. Despite this being called a studio, it was not larger than a standard hotel room, and smaller than some. No daily room service, which we actually prefer other than having to visit the front desk for more TP. For the price we paid, these minor trade-offs were fair.

Excellent location walking distance to plaza, galleries, and other centrally located Taos attractions. Our upstairs room was very quiet - we didn't hear noise from any other guests during our 3 night stay. The property and room were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy and quick check-in check-in.

I understand why the pool and hot tub were not available but was disappointed that they were. Rainshower type shower head could be updated, poor water pressure. Possibly conserving type?

The staff was very cordial, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure our questions and needs were satisfied. The facility is lovely and accessible, the grounds are beautifully kept.

I wish we had a room that opened onto grass rather than the back of the hotel.

It was off of the main road, so it seemed more secluded and quiet than other spots even though it was super close to all the historic downtown shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and good sized. The Murphy bed was much more comfortable than I expected.

What I didn't like was that a person came to my door while I was in the shower. They kept knocking and knocking... so finally, with my hair still full of shampoo, I shut off the shower to go answer the door. To my surprise, they had begun to let themselves in. My front door was open and they were in the process of walking in. I told the man I was in the shower and asked what he wanted (At this point I thought he was part of the staff). He immediately stopped and backed out, closing the door behind him. He never said a word. I got back in the shower to rinse off completely and then called the front desk. When I asked what they wanted, they indicated that they had not sent anyone up to my room and knew nothing of the person in my room. I don't know who this person was I don't know how they got into my room. The staff could not figure out how he gained access There were no video cameras to record the event outside the room Nothing was stolen Needless to say, my sleep that night was terrible and I don't feel comfortable coming back.

The place was nice and clean, more importantly it was quiet... though there were not a lot of people there at the time.

Murphy Bed was almost impossible for a disabled guest to even pull down . When I told staff I had fallen was badly stunned , there was no response or concern. Carpet was dirty and room smelt like stale pool water . Staff watched me struggle with my luggage on arrival and on departure . By the time of Departure I felt mentally ,emotionally,and physically drained. Murphy bed was like sleeping in a coffin or closet .

Closed Time Share property , with pool and facilities not operating, staff unresponsive to most requests . Staff totally disregarded my request for Disability equipped room .felt unsafe .Paid $250 Deposit for poorly maintained room . Room smelt bad and was poorly maintained.

Have stayed here several times but this one was very disappointing. Staff not responsive when reported finding plates so dirty they stuck together in the cabinet, promised to bring me hair dryer and never did, asked for refund for one night due to having to leave early for family emergency and denied. Not sure i will ever stay here again.
