There weren't many convenient outlets for charging devices or plugging in CPAP machines.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed for a short stay.

It had that slightly musty "motel" smell. Not overpowering but it was there. Outlets were very inconveniently located and hard to find. No USB charger for cell phones.

It definitely feels like an old motel so you have to keep the curtains closed as people walk past the room which is a bit claustrophobic. I am very surprised that they charge $12 more for parking when the room rate is pretty high for this kind of motel.

Location close to restaurants and shops of town was good. The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

More comfortable bed topper. The parking was very small and we didn't realize it was packed with antique cars from the car show so we barely fit our crew cab truck into the last spot available. The other areas were blocked off.

Expensive, especially for a dive motel. A step lower than a motel 6. They charge $12 for parking. The lady who was behind the desk was rude and short. The teenager that checked us in was very nice and explained how things worked.

Very close to the CDA lake. Lots of amazing shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to so many places. The beds are really old and rickety, but comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing.

The $12 parking fee not in Booking listing. Adding this fee into overnight rate does not make the property competitive with other nicer hotels. Lobby hours short from 11:00am - 7:00pm. Bathroom paint chip and handle off in tub. Old motel with very small rooms and tiny bathroom with old fixtures. Furniture scratched up and big office chair taking up space and difficult to navigate around to bathroom. Old key system and no key for dead bolt; need to upgrade to electronic locks. Door was very old with light coming through. Not able to secure the whole property at night with locked doors or gates. Staff check in very unprofessional in attire and leaning down on counter to look at laptop. Slow check in process. Manually entered credit card into a lap top which was concerning. Blankets on bed uncovered and doubtful washed each time? Housekeeping cart in tiny hallway all day. Eye soar.

Just a few blocks from park and lake. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. Safe in room nice feature.

For the price I expected a more modern and up-to-date room. We needed a plunger for a bathroom and there wasn’t one in there and there wasn’t anybody available at the time and not anybody available till 10 o’clock the next morning we felt bad that we needed to leave that to the housekeeping. Also, wasn’t told that parking was extra.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go to downtown.

unfortunately for us, they are in the midst of an extensive remodeling project. Ripping out the sheet rock of the room next door started before nine am!

Messy construction mess!

Property in the middle of an upgrade. Needed but messy appearance .

This is an old motel which has been partially updated. It is clean and comfortable but not fancy and not totally redone. That being said you have all the usual convenience items.

The location is awesome and parking a nice benefit. The staff that checked us in were very helpful and friendly.

We heard vehicles driving up and down Sherman Ave. late at night and early in the morning, which was disruptive to our sleep.

The bed itself was the most comfortable of a trip that had us in 4 different hotels. The location on the main street and so close to all of the restaurants and shops was the best point, especially for the cost relative to some of the other places in the area.
