Nothing, it was all perfect and I felt very good value for money.

What a lovely room with a massive bed which was so comfy. This was our first hotel when we arrived in the US and it was perfect to acclimatise to a new time zone with black-out blinds and super soft bedding. Staff were very welcoming, we didn't drink in the bar but the decor of the whole place was very trendy. Loved the water fountain on the main floor of our room so we could top up our bottles and I was obsessed with the white noise speaker built into the bed side table, if this isn't for you there is a dial to turn it up, down or off completely. Location was great for all public transport including the cable car and BART. Please ignore all our belongings and stuff in the photos, I forgot to take pictures before we got comfortable.

Bit noisy sometimes at night with sounds from outside, but to be expected and nothing too bad.

The room had everything we needed, large double bed, good light, nice modern bathroom. The building itself has lots of charm. Great location for exploring the city from and good restaurants near by.

Staff were very nice and accommodating with our requests. The rooms were big and value for money. The location was also very good and central, so it was convenient to go around downtown.

Two things: There should really be fridges in all rooms. Also, I think your filters need cleaning? My hub has bad caughing attacks until we turned off the fan.

Perfect location for getting to all areas around Union Square and for walking further across the city. Loved the views from nearby Nob Hill and plenty of places for a wonderful breakfast, including the cafe attached to the hotel, around.

Only a minor gripe, which is the lighting in the rooms. Okay during the day when it is light outside, however, trying to pack the night before leaving with no ceiling lights was slightly challenging!

Staff were lovely and super helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is very central, so a good place to base yourself if you are exploring the city. Would stay again.

The location is super convenient. Close to the BART, MRT, BUS, CABLE CARS. Union square is walkable. The surrounding area is safe even at midnight. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Sometimes, the shower water can be a bit lukewarm if everyone is showering around the same time and the lights don’t really have a main control, so you will need to turn each one on and off separately.

The hotel was super cute, the staff were exceptional, and the bath products were amazing (especially for smell-sensitive people). Valet parking was lovely—to check your car in, you just park outside the hotel and let the front desk know when you check-in and give them your keys when you are ready. Our car was safely kept, and you just call the front desk 20 minutes in advance to retrieve it (it usually took only 5-10 minutes). We loved the central location of the hotel, and found the underground concierge tips on our board helpful and fun.
