The place is seven miles out of Sevierville and without GPS, it might be a little bit difficult to find.

A spacious spick and spam room with a large french bed, microwave, fridge, TV, coffee machine, free coffee, hot chocolate. The largest bathroom I have ever had, everything spotless clean and in perfect condition. Absolutely quiet, you hear just the rooster nearby.

I was concerned upon exiting and entering that my German Shepherd might engage with their little dogs.

I liked being out in the country, the hosts were friendly and it wasn’t far to drive to the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

I loved how this place was out in the country but still close to everything in town...the accomodations for our dog were awesome and the room and bathroom were amazing....the owners communicated with us and were understanding when we arrived late from traveling from a far distance in the northeast....we are already looking forward to booking another trip next year and staying here again

My daughter and I came to Sevierville, TN for a 2 day Cheer Competition. I'm a single mom and we were somewhat hesitant about staying in a house occupied by someone else. Thankfully we were pleasantly welcomed and never felt unsafe. The price allowed us to enjoy other things in TN rather than paying outrageous hotel prices, taxes, and fees. We came and went during our stay and were greeted by the adorable dogs every time we returned. Great experience for us can't thank the owners of Rileys Pad enough!!

We weren't aware 1st of all that this establishment was someone's "MASTER BEDROOM!". Very uncomfortable . 2ND, When we arrived, it was dark, and extremely hard to find. We ended up not staying even though our stay wasn't refundable. I suggest these concerns be in the fine print for future guests.

My partner was covered head to toe in bites after waking up the next morning following our first night there. It got worse the following evening when we got into bed, so we inspected the bed. It was infested with bed bugs. Then, we noticed that the entire room was infested with bed bugs. We left without staying the 2nd night and informed the owner, who was already aware of the issue and didn't even offer a refund. We had to go home 2 days before planned with all of our belongings in trash bags. Our trip was ruined. This is the 3rd review mentioning this public health hazard. The public doesn't deserve this. The entire home needs to have heat treatment because it is infested so badly.

i got bite by bedbugs, I got allergy and my body was itching so bad, i woke up at midnight around 1AM, I found and killed at least 18 bedbugs. yes I counted them because I could not sleep at all! my body is still itching even after week. this is such a horrible experienc. I can't understand how could it be for a properry with a review of 8.7, so I start to check those reviews and found out I am not the only one who encountered this. The landlord need to take this seriously to ensure there will be no more guest in the future get bite by bedbugs.

We left at 12:15 am because I woke up covered in bites and found bed bugs. We had no choice but drive home. I had an allergic reaction to the bites and am covered in welts. It ruined our entire trip because this was our first night. I am so disappointed because it had a 9.5 excellent rating so we thought we’d try it. I have not brought my luggage in the house yet because we are afraid we may have picked up a bed bug or few on our luggage.

What is not to like?! The Girls were fabulous host. They offered local info on attractions as well as restaurants. The cozy accommodations were PERFECT!! Very clean, spacious, comfortable. The view especially from the kitchen window renders peaceful and calming sites from the rolling hills to unexpected wildlife. The location is fantastic. Out in the quietness off the country side but still just a few minutes from the main attractions. We will definitely be back again soon. This is our Tennessee HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!! oh and Sophie is my favorite!!!
