Late check in at 3.00pm as did not cater for those who arrived early morning. Insufficient bar staff in the evening. Often only one person serving. Very little information available about the facilities at the hotel.

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but could need freshening up with some new paint. Bathroom a little small.

Room view could have been better. The bathroom in our room was very small.

Location was in walking distant to fisherman’s ward and many attractions. The lobby was beautiful. Also the full breakfast had a lot of options. While we didn’t get to use it the pool area also looked great. We really also liked that we were able to continue to park until 4pm after our noon checkout.

I thought it was overpriced for what the room included. The room was nice, but there was no microwave and the toilet pressure to flush was really weak. I thought the extra charge to park there was a bit much. Of course we would pay for the parking to have peace of mind that our things would be safe in the parking garage. All in all, it was just pricy for the one night

Loved that it was within walking distance of a lot of shops and fisherman's warf. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and spacious and I liked that checkout was at 12 as opposed to other places that want you out by 10

I didn't like check in line is about 10-20min. It was about 230-300 pm on Wednesday. our taxi driver told us it a popular location so there is a lot of people in that property. even doing check online save little time. IDs were required for all the members of the family members. And we didn't like there weren't any microwave in room. It 20 dollars to warm up the food your brought from Any store. The buffet is all right. It a 5-7 min wait. They will seat you when check in with party..only thing was good is strawberries and the bacon....we didn't do it our last day because. We didn't want to get into the hustle of buffet...

I love the location everything is walking distance. Room are clean beds were pretty comfortable. Bell service they both were fantastic. It was quite around the areas. It was nice the bus system very close to the property.

4th floor room - noise from road and people in the corridor, ie room wasn't very well sound proofed.

Noise outside in the early hours from bins being emptied - every night Could improve sound proofing of windows. Expense of parking car 60 dollars per night.

Socket wasn't working in room. No Mirror in front of table area near window. Receptionist not helpful when I asked about a cork screw. She advised me to buy one. I thought that was rude.

Lovely pool area. Fabulous breakfast but can be quite busy.

It was a great location for our connection to get on our cruise. Walking distance to pier 39 Bar tender was great. All the staff was great. Breakfast was AMAZING. It was fast in and the staff was great. Loved this hotel.

Restroom very small and water is very weak i could not shave, and flushing system very bad.

Close to everything we needed to explore. And comfortable room and bed. Parking is very good too.
