The lighting in the bedrooms was insufficient for reading in bed. The bedrooms lacked blackout curtains and the morning light came into one room almost unobstructed, making it harder to sleep. The room could also have used a small utility carpet near the door so people could brush the sand from the driveway off their shoes before entering the room. The floors and one of the beds were almost unbelievably squeaky.

The size of the room and the amenities provided (full refrigerator, microwave, dishware, etc.) were very good and very well priced for the area. The location was also very good; close to the main highway and services but still quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lighting was very good in the main living area. The room also had a deck with a fine view of the river and nearby mountains. Everything provided was very clean. The availability of an indoor pool was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows could have been a bit less bulky. The wi-fi in the room was excellent.

The hotel is very convenient for families. The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen is equipped and comfortable. Very close to the ski resort.

For the size of the property and # of units the hot tub is too small. No dishwasher or certain basics in kitchen (sponge, salt & pepper, decent-sized cutting boards). The shower didn’t have a real shower head, it only sprayed a sort of mist. It didn’t have a strong water flow, or flat spray. The toilet tended to clog, we had to unclog it several times. The front desk said the ski shuttle service was uncertain and didn’t know if it would come.

The location was great. Nice big pool + sauna, small hot tub. Foosball table and a couple arcade games for kids. Staff is friendly.

Living area is dark. Needs additional lamp. Overhead light in kitchen/dining area too harsh. Other major complaint is noisy floors in bedrooms. Can also hear neighbors fairly easily.

Kitchen facilities good for some cooking. Updated sofas and bed linens. Clean apartment. Good value for winter break.

It’s a little dated. The chairs on the deck are flimsy but the view is peaceful and fantastic.

The hotel has a great pool and game room for the children, plus outdoor space. It’s not fancy or stunning, it’s basic but in a great location with everything you need for a short stay.

That our room was really 2 bedroom apt. The Austria equivalent is 2 stats or more. Moderate but good with full kitchen couch big dining table. Staff replaced broken microwave is an hour. 2 miles from ski resort.

Sometimes property can be very noisy . skiers walking on second floor with ski’s at 7:00 am . It’s also can be very loud in evening’s . For the most part I think most people staying try to be thoughtful of other guests . Noise would be the only complaint that I had . Otherwise property absolutely fantastic .

Working are way back home stayed here for one night. Apartment was very spacious reasonable priced. Hotel has Pool, hot tub and sauna. Would stay again.

The only small thing we did not like was there was only one TV in the unit and we were by the stairs so you could hear every noise movement etc from children and people when they would leave or come in.

The property was very clean and assemble! We were greeted by Irene very friendly and personable. The location was perfect to access to friends lake home and surrounding areas. The room was very spacious with good amenities.

We stayed on the first floor and could hear people on the second floor. Being a light sleeper, I did not have a good night rest on the first day of our stay. The toilet chain kept coming off every time we flushed it.

Location was good. We were surprised of how much space the room had. There were plenty of cooking utensils and dishware. It has a nice pool and hot tub even though we did not have time to use them. Lots of nice fluffy towels in the bathroom. Lots of closet space with clothes hangers provided.

The sauna and fitness room were out of action but we probably wouldn't have used them anyway. We did use the pool and found the floor around the pool quite slippery so we had to take extra care when walking around the pool area.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equiped. In location to the town and shops it was easy to reach. Owners very friendly and helpful. Decent sized pool and the resort has a laundry facility. It was an ideal mid point location for a stopover on our route.

Not a high end resort, but a comfortable clean family friendly motel. Beds were very comfortable. Accommodations were spacious with room for at least 6 people. Living room was small but couches were pull out beds, and TV was adequate to catch up on the news. The kitchen was functional enough we could have made all our meals there. Dining table was a nice big family style. The pool and hot tub were a nice alternative activity when it was raining. It was perfect for our short family getaway.
