The room was so nice but the sliders were faded and obstructed your view. There was an unpleasant odor from new carpet perhaps. We were out west for 2 weeks and this was the only facility that did not offer a Continental breakfast. The cabinet for the refrigerator was busted as was in 2 other Hyatt House hotels. Good salesmen for the exact same cabinet configurations.

Nice accommodations and enjoyed the river running by our room! The covered pedestrian bridge was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and sufficient number of pillows. Nice shower also.

I booked months in advance and my room was in the back of hotel facing the construction dumpster area. That was a bit crummy plus the hallway carpets were dirty.

Location was great, live music in the lobby bar was nice and place was lively. Room size was big and access to workout room was close by

Unlike in past years there was a varnishy smell in our room/building that was a bit unpleasant. We stayed just before the start of the summer season so this was probably related to remodeling.

Bar/Restaurant wait staff were not good. Everybody was very nice but their service level was disjointed, slow or non-existent. It felt like the staff were all seasonal college kids that had absolutely no training. I asked the bartender if I should order or wait at a table outside. He said outside... so, I sat at a table on the patio for 15 minutes with no service. Went back inside, got a beer but had to wait for the bartender to come back to take my card and start a tab. BTW... the patio seating is a huge draw, why would you not offer happy hour prices on the restaurant side of the patio?? Makes no sense...

The shower head in my bathroom wasn't really working properly, I think it just needs taken apart and cleaned from hard water deposits. The remodeling construction above me was a bit noisy during the day but they always wrapped up work by 6-7 pm so I was able to sleep well with no noise.

Hot tub needs some tile support. Halls needed vacuuming. Room was only superficially clean, corners of bathroom floor needed attention. Carpet needed a clean.

the sliding door lock was broken, they had a stick that if you really wanted to break in it will break. that was a little scary.

My room was facing the river, we got to see deer’s it was a great experience. rooms are really spacious. staff really friendly.

Facility was nice, we called for towels twice and they said they would bring them up however we had to get them from the lobby, doesn't seem like a big deal but you have to walk across the boardwalk over to the other side of the river to get them.

We thought we would have a view of the river as shown in the pictures however we had a view of the parking lot! That should have been disclosed that all rooms do not have a view.

Both of us found the bed uncomfortably soft, so our night's sleep was meh. Otherwise all good- clean as a whistle and good, smart staff.

We did not have a view, but then we were hardly there except to sleep at night! We would definitely come back.

The room could have been cleaner , there was hair all over the blanket . Not even once did they provide fresh towels or coffee unless asked . The hot tub was dirty and off putting . There was a weird gas smell in the gym . There was also no access to a water filter in the building we were staying . The EV charging spots were extremely slow

I loved the room they provided . It had a great view and all amenities .The location was a plus and I enjoyed the restaurent and hot tub .
