Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesIt could have been cleaner, television didn’t work, key card didn’t work, not enough towels and there were no washcloths. Refrigerator had a very loud buzzing sound that kept us awake most of the night. Cigarette holes in the blankets.
It was very close to our destination. The front desk people were very nice and very helpful. The Mexican restaurant was excellent. Ample parking.

United StatesThe staff was not friendly, they were not at all helpful. No service when asked, we had to go down to the desk, every time we needed towels. As soon as I turned on the hair dry, it started smoking, very dangerous. On our 2nd day of stay, we realized our door to our room did not lock, we had to hook the privacy latch on the inside while we were there. Oh and the side enterence door on the side of the building was unlocked all 3 days we were there.
The bed was comfortable, the shower worked fine. That's about it.

United StatesBeds were slightly leaning to one side. Bedspread was stained. NO Guardrails of any kind in shower - nothing to hold on to when getting in or stepping out. My sister and I are elderly. I managed very carefully (and truthfully didn't realize until I was in shower), but told my sister NOT to attempt shower because I was afraid she would slip and fall. Problem with TV reception - but lady in charge that evening went above and beyond to fix it and get it working! She was exceptional!! Oh and ceiling smoke detector was just hanging, not secured to ceiling.
Did not know about breakfast? Customer service was very kind, friendly and helpful.

United StatesProperty was overgrown. Many weeds and not cut grass. Advertised as having a pool/restaurant. Pool was closed (appeared broken and over grown) & restaurant/bar was not open. Common space with pool tables not open. Room smelled very musty and found mold in spots. Appeared to have been lightly cleaned and vacuumed but still dirty hard woods and table/counter surfaces. Key card machine was broken for first 1.5 days of our sty and front desk had to let us in each time. This was fixed and better after.

United StatesWe booked two rooms. One of them didn’t have working a/c, and was very visibly dirty. One of the pillowcases had two large pink smears on it. They were all dingy. The bottom of the tub was brown. They put us in another room. The others were better… not great. While walking down the hallway to the new room. The carpet was filthy. We also spotted a cigarette butt, baby diaper, garbage, and a c*ck ring. There were two side doors that were supposed to take a room scan card to get into that were propped open all night. That’s a security risk. We of course utilized the bolt lock, and the added security lock on the top of our door to our room. The coffee maker was in the bathroom next to the toilet. Not sanitary to say the least. Thankfully we bring antibacterial wipes with us. We brought swimsuits, but didn’t bother using the pool. I really don’t even know if it was open.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. They were flexible with an early check out due to change in plans. Good price. Had a microwave and mini fridge in each room.
