Maybe it's because we were in a room close to the lobby and check in, but it was super loud. We could hear every conversation people were having at the desk, every conversation in the hallway. Thin doors maybe? Also the elevator floor was covered in cardboard taped down.

Staff was super nice. The room was clean and everything looked new. Balcony had a cool view of Parkway. Bed was decently comfortable. The whole place smelled very clean. We also loved getting a coupon for free breakfast at Reagan's.

Everything was perfect. It’s a great location and price is great. We stay here a lot. The only complaint we have was how hard the beds were. I think they just replaced the mattress.

The AC didn’t work in my room. We had to switch rooms. The outside and the lobby could be updated. The furniture in the hallways by each elevator was nice and update to date but the lobby was very out dated. Also, I’m not sure why they had box fans in the halls.

I didn't really have much of anything to complain about here. The only thing that really bothered me was the geese outside on the river could be really loud at night, so you may want to bring some ear plugs with you. There was also a random dent in our fridge door which we couldn't figure out, although it did not take away from the usage of the fridge. I will also say, for the free breakfast, they give you coupons for the pancake house and it is across the street. Just an FYI if you are bringing elderly or children with you.

I really liked our stay here. This was our first time choosing this hotel and it was very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose a king room with the Jacuzzi tub. We were on the fourth floor and had a great view of the parkway and the old mill restaurant. Everything was clean and tidy and we had enough supplies to last our entire 5 day 4 night stay, although the cleaning staff did ask several times if we needed anything. We had a little mishap and misplaced our key halfway through the stay and the lady at the desk was very gracious and gave us another until the end of our stay. It's pretty close to everything as it is just off the parkway, so that was a major plus for us. All in all, we were very happy with the room and would stay here again.

I was not a fan of the shared balcony with the neighboring room even though we didn’t see our neighbor. The parking was a little wonky but not horrible.

We enjoyed the location. Very good spot to be in on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The breakfast included is top notch and definitely worth the trip across the street and the $5 each upgrade.

Hotel was great. Did not match description on website. Once I got past disappointment of not marching description it was good. Great value for the price but definitely is not a 4 star hotel. That being said we would stay there again.
