Balcony was shared with room next door, pillows were hard.

Breakfast was offsite across the street at Reagan’s. The voucher provided free pancake breakfast with drink and you could upgrade to a buffet for $5 or receive 20% off menu items. We opted for the buffet and it was great! We got a room with a spa tub and it was clean and plenty of hot water.

Breakfast was served at a later time we needed it to be served at 6:30 we had a very busy trip with truck show. And staff did not give us any information about where or what time when we checked in. It was our first time here.

This is all very minor stuff to me.I'm not one for fake over enthusiastic greetings but the lady who checked us in was less than happy. She explained nothing. She just checked us in. She didn't tell us where the elevator was or pool and didn't explain the one sheet of paper that she handed us for breakfast. I told her my name, paid and she handed us keys. We stayed for 4 nights and got a paper for a discpunted breakfast due one day. There was a nice young man the next night who was very nice and got us more towels. The pillows were rock hard and felt very old. Bring your own! Outdoor patios could use a pressure washing to get rid of some algae and none of the stair lights worked to walk up to each floor. We used our phone lights.

The location was awesome and had great access to the back way to get around town. It was also convenient to walk to the Old Mill. The view of the river was pretty. The room was clean and updated and I loved the layout. Our kids stayed on one side and we stayed on the other. All but one staff was friendly and would even ask if we needed anything for our room when they'd pass us in the hallway. We will be back for sure. I'm glad I found this place.

The hospitality room on the 2nd floor should have been on the same floor or adjacent to the outside patio on the 3rd floor.

The breakfast buffet across the street was great. The food was great and the staff was friendly. The hotel was wonderful - The staff was friendly and helpful. With plenty of space and a balcony, the room was fantastic and had a nice view. And clean... the entire facility was remarkably clean inside and out.

The price was not great especially for the lack of amenities. There should've been a heater in both of the rooms and not just one. The rooms definitely need upgrades like the TV's should be wifi capable more kid friendly. It's a great hotel for couples or a group of friends but not so much for families with younger kids. Also the breakfast option was not ideal either.

The staff was courteous and the room got cleaned while we left for the day.

This hotel was located in an ideal serene area. I enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the river and the close proximity to so many attractions. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

No breakfast on site. "Free" pancakes across the street were disappointing. Upcharge for milk. Only went 1 morning while there. May as well pay for the buffet.

Water was hot. Room clean. Staff friendly. Only downfall is no breakfast on site. The free original pancakes across the street do not include free milk. Value was good. Would stay again.
