ac was a bit noisy. the fridge was great to have but was loud enough to walk us up. we had to unplug it to sleep- the ice accumulating in the back of the fridge was cracking and popping loudly

I didn’t like that you had to pay for breakfast especially when it was food that most free breakfast hotels have and I didn’t like the smell that the heat produced when you cut it on. Also the elevator that was closest to our room went down so we had to walk down a long hall to get to the other one.

they were having issues with the elevator and was fixing it so their was a noise all night that was coming from that: understandable because they were fixing it

Breakfast was amazing. Not the usual scantily offerings but lots of alternatives. Nice view on intercoastal waterway. Was disappointed the bar restaurant was closed on Sundays. Other than that, all was very nice.

There's nothing, at least from my perspective, not to like about it!

This particular facility has an excellent manager (David), who is attentive to his guests' needs. He, along with each and one of the hotel staff made my stay there seem like I was at a family member's home. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

There honestly isn't a single bad thing that I can say about the staff or the Four Points by Sheraton Myrtle Beach.

The entire staff here, starting with the GM David down to Betty in housekeeping, were all phenomenal! Every front desk member literally went out of their way each and every day to make sure I was happy with my stay here. They were like family to me during this holiday week. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Myrtle Beach.

Nothing. Although I did tell my husband would be nice to have some live music in the lounge so we could get out on the floor and dance. Bar and lounge so beautiful and spacious . We had room to dance.

The accommodations , the staff, the location all just wonderful. From day one until departing. Staff with smiles on their faces. Very accommodating. Room with a balcony and riverview. Bed very comfortable. Awesome shower. Spacious room. King bed. Big screen tv. Nice very spacious bar and lounge area. Very good breakfast. Chess games to play in lobby lounge. Great location right off highway. What was not to like? We will stay again. I got a vacation package to stay again and will certainly use it. Plan to have a family gathering at the beach.

Bedsheet had a funky odor to it. They charge ~$15 for breakfast. Shower door is slightly elevated allowing for water to splash onto the floor.

Pretty basic room on 6th fl with a balcony and view of the river. Mostly clean. Paid 285 for 3 weeknights. Quiet area that is pretty much a 10-15 minute drive to everything. Coffee and tea station. Bar in the hotel. Pool with fire pits and seating on the lake side.

Great staff, very comfortable beds, excellent bathroom Stephanie, the concierge the day we arrived, was very helpful and spot on with her dining recommendations. Good coffee. Lovely location on the inland waterway

Only real downside is not much immediately in the area. But not too far from other things to do

Seems like a newer hotel compared to many others in Myrtle. Nice place for a good price. The restaurant is good, staff is very friendly and helpful.
