Shower head height is at 5”4” so had to crouch to wash my hair. Was given 2 shampoos and no conditioner, I could have asked housekeeping but didn’t bother.

Clean, no smell, comfortable beds with lots of pillows, mini fridge and microwave. Accommodated late check out with no questions asked.

When we first arrived the person at front desk was a little rude and seemed bothered, we arrived early. We are aware that check in is at 3, but decided to check and see if early check in was available. He just stated harshly.... before we even said a word... "CHECK IN IS 3" and didn't even look at us. He said he'd call if room became available, but never did. I returned at 3ish to a different person at front who was much nicer.

You cannot beat this location. It's perfect waking distance to restaurants and shopping, the room we reserved was perfect with living room space in front of fireplace and the spa tub was perfect. The bed was comfortable.

The room was freezing when we arrived (was set at 50 F), the heater works well but took hours to warm the room from 50-70 degrees. The shower took maybe 4-5 mins to get hot and stayed hot the entire duration for both my shower and my friend’s shower which was shortly after. Also the bathroom faucet always ran cold water from both nozzles. Beds were decent to sleep on but they were springy old mattresses.

Room size was spacious! 1 Queen bed in a separate room. The other Queen bed was in the living room across from the loveseat couch. Living space had couch, coffee table, round dining table with 2-3 chairs. A small kitchenette with an ice bucket, paper coffee cups, plastic cups, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Room has carpet which looked cleaned and a fireplace (you can purchase firewood from the office). The tv had a good amount of channels, I brought my firestick though. Also there is parking behind the building and a restaurant in front of the building. I would definitely stay again.

The conditioner and soap in the shower were empty, and the carpet was worn, exposing some staples in a couple areas.

Excellent location right in the Village. Comfortable beds, fireplace in the room, microwave and refrigerator in the room, made it very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our window looked out at a wall so we didn't have any natural light in the room. That was fine for a weekend trip but I would have been bummed if we stayed more than just 2 nights. The cutting board supplied in the room was too large to wash in the sink which was kind of frustrating. In addition, wasn't sure if they ever even got cleaned to begin with. Shower never got hot. It was warm enough to be comfortable but never "shower hot".

Last minute booking for a good deal. The fireplace was nice and I enjoyed the little kitchenette. Beds were comfy and check in/check out was easy. Room was large which isn't the most important thing to me but was nice. Liked the soaps and lotion provided. Because our trip was short, we didn't get a chance to utilize the little common space in the main lodge but had we stayed there for more than a couple of nights I likely would have used it.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible. In the booking for the room it said there would be a DVD player and there was not. There were no movie channels either.
