It was suppose to be smoke free and it smelled like cigarettes. The fire alarm was covered with clear tape..The carpet was ripped and had some stains that looked like blood. The refrigerator made a loud noise all night. Pillow cases were dirty.

The location was not 7 miles from foxwoods casino. It was very dated, and there was a smell that was horrible. The bathroom door was cracked in the middle. It was very noisy all night long.

I would have liked to have an additional comfortable chair. Although the following was not a fault of Rodeway Inn, I would like to mention it. When driving from the Inn, I had very poor reception on my smart phone. This made made my GPS app useless.

dirty noisy looks like it has “permanent guests” that literally live there. Dangerous! Needs major upgrading & new responsible owners Could be a gold mine but right now it looks smells and sounds like it was hit with land mines! Sorry -It needs HELP! If you go alone or especially if you’re a woman alone I highly suggest you avoid it! Stayed at many hotels in Groton area -and this one is HIGHLY AVOIDABLE! Be safe be smart & go elsewhere!

The room was the worst I have ever stayed in It reeked of smoke, there was trash everywhere, the beds were dirty the floor was filthy and falling apart, the walls had dirt and even blood on them, the room should be demolished, I can’t believe the Healh department hasn’t shut you guys down, the bathroom was gross, worse than a Walmart bathroom, everything was in shambles We even slept in the car after we found bugs in one of the beds I will be contacting dept of health

I paid for 2 rms, 1w/jacuzzi. I got 2 dirty rooms in disrepair w/o a hot tub. I left my socks on the carpeted floor and they were wet in the morning, but it kinda explains the rusty lamps. Left the ac off because it smelled really bad. Woke up with fleas. The bathroom fan was unreal loud, but my partner fixed it. The police were there that night. There's a broken down truck surrounded by trash. There's no coffee on the property. The bedding in the non-smoking room was covered with burns, and the door to the closet was leaning against the closet instead of installed. Manager explained to me that they lose money when they allow for cancellations. I told him to have a good night and he told me I was welcome.

The picture on the wall was nice. They also do the superstitious thing of not having rooms 113 or 213. 112 is next to 114.

There were cigarette burns in the blankets. The room was not clean when we entered examples pubic hair in the hot tub someone’s hair tie next to the bed. Honestly I was scared to sleep there.

The place hasn’t been cleaned in years, falling apart and very unsafe environment. Our adult kids wouldn’t sleep in a separate room and they refuse to give us a refund yet provided other guests a refund. We lost $150 so stay away

Oh so much; it's true you get what you pay for. We found the rug was filthy, we stuck with each step. Refrigerator was on but so low it barely kept food cold and the dial was removed so it couldn't be adjusted. Much more.

Nothing good to say except the bed was comfortable, dirty but comfortable.
