Didn’t have an ironing board. Front desk kept calling the room about a charger someone left in the room disturbing my rest. I didn’t enjoy my stay there. The next morning I found the charger and turned it in to the front desk. And the property didn’t have no pool.

The mold that was under the inside rim of toilet. Had to ask maid for more coffee pks for the room after she was in and cleaned the room. She kind of scoffed at my request.

Location was great. Desk staff was OK. Maid argued with me about cleaning the room once. She was busy talking to another maid and said that we had the DND sign out which we did not. There was mold under the inside rim of the toilet. But overall the room ok.

Pictures are deceiving, pool was out of service, seemed like more of a boarding hotel, alot of permanent residents, roofs on stairwells leaking, outside was a bit scary. It served its purpose

Checked in at 3pm my debit card was charged on my end but I was told it was voided on there’s. But I was charged for just the room. They suggested to pay deposit in cash I was told deposit would be returned after checking out(with room check). Upon entering room there were no pillows on the bed on pillow cases. Called front desk twice with no answer. I was already late for a job so I had no time to stop at the front desk. Returned to the room around 12am called front desk again no answer. I went down guy told me he didn’t have pillows to give, only towels. Went back to room to find dirty towels hanging from shower rod. I refused to sleep in there I could only imagine what under the sheets. He refused to return deposit. Showing me a sign hidden out of view when I checked. I always read signs because reading is fundamental nor did the lady at check in refer to it when suggesting it. Stating deposit can only be returned between 8-11am. I wasn’t wasting any more money so I slept in the room on a pile of clothes. The next morning went to check out. They called for a room check. Guess what guys!! They found no pillows in the room. I told them I checked in without pillows. Guy on walkie talkie says”Why would you check in without pillows.” Why didn’t the worker from the night before leave a note about the disgruntled customer wanting pillows and their deposit back. Then they proceeded to tell me they would hold my deposit until a manager could check the cameras to make sure I didn’t steal they pillows!! I was not having that. I had a whole KAREN meltdown. I refused to leave threatening to call the cops and all…(Ps… I don’t play police games) but I was mad. Anyways after less then a two minute BF the deposit was returned.

The lighting in the room could’ve been a little better , but it didn’t bother me. The overnight front desk person was a little rude about getting maintenance to come fix the tv.

Everything! The man who worked front desk when i check was a little stand-offish , but the front desk ladies who i encountered in the mornings at check out was amazing. Housekeepers was so nice and pleasant!

Nothing it's was nasty looking inside in was not how imagine looked .I request nobody sleep there if they not on drugs. I couldn't even stay the whole night it was not comfortable.the tub had bun spot's all on it the walls in floors are horrible for the pricing.

Because of the renovations going on no breakfast was being serve.

The facility was very clean and room was just renovated with the property having ground security and the front desk clerk Cerina was very pleasant.Yes this is a place we will visit again.
