Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI am not a fan of popcorn ceilings, a ground floor room with a big wide window is not ideal for me, the room was dated but the bathroom was nice. My biggest issue which was partly my fault. I left my jacket in the closet and it was the only item there. Check out was at 12 and I left at 11:50 dropped my key off and that was it. The cleaning staff was in the room next to mine. a few hours later I noticed I left the jacket and I contacted the hotel shortly after getting back to Philadelphia. I was told there was no jacket found...HOW??? I left on a Sunday and as a shore town that hasn't picked up full steam. I know cause it's my hometown. After reaching out twice I was also told twice no jacket was found which I found hard to believe since check in time is at 4 pm. So how could the cleaning staff not see it? So sad, my nice jacket will be missed.
The location was close to the event I was attending, overall the room was okay for the price. It had a small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was more updated than the room was.

I like that the hotel was right there near the Hard Rock and Resorts casinos. I had breakfast at a restaurant that was 5 mins up the street that the hotel was on. The water for the shower was hot.
