Minor quibbles - Paper cups in the bathroom were removed and weren’t replaced. Ice bucket and bottle opener in the room, but no glasses.

Spacious common lounge areas and nice in-house coffee/breakfast bar. Rooms are well presented and styled.

Location. Clean. Boutique feel. Big rooms. Nearby convenience stores. Close to transport, Broadway, Times Square, restaurants. Walk in shower and vanity with room to place cosmetics etc. Quiet enough room so no trouble sleeping even though we faced 8th Avenue. Everything was to our liking. (Deluxe King room 7th floor). I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Some minor service definitely need to be improved, but that's depends on who you met.

We (a family) stayed here for 7 nights, and we enjoyed our stay very much- the space, room and its facility (wouldnt say it's perfect but functional for us), the water/ ice provider in each floor, the opening space/ work room in first floor, and the location. We came back to the room for nap and sleep, always quiet (though when people passed by you might hear their talking, but in overall it was short and monir).

The only thing missing was a small fridge to store snacks and drinks. The hall outside the rooms were quite dark and had a little spooky vibe.

Great location. Exceptional staff!! Our room was on the 8th floor, and besides hearing guests in other rooms a little bit it was pretty quiet despite the traffic outside. The bed was huge and comfortable, the room was spacious and bright and the city view was very nice. It also came with free water, which you could refill and the machine also offered crushed ice, which you could put in a cooling bucket. The TV was big and had several Apps and TV channels installed. The subway to the airport and downtown was right in front of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to NYC for the first time!

The rooms are not very well insulated so you can hear noise from street and next door bedrooms

It's n amazing location. Bed is comfortable and the hotel is relatively new which makes it so much better. Everything in NY is expensive so be ready to open your wallet when you step out on the street. Love the city and would stay there again.

The light in the bathroom kept going off whilst we were in the shower, which I think was due to an energy saving feature, but was a bit annoying when you have to get out the shower in the dark to turn the light back on. But that was the only negative thing we can say about the hotel!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was much bigger than expected, with a very comfy bed and the decor was beautiful. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. We appreciated the 24/7 shop and the cafe that opened until 2pm. Location was also perfect, with lots of nice places to eat and drink super nearby, and very close to a subway station that connected us to every part of the city.

There is a coffee shop in the hotel but we would have liked a coffee machine/kettle in the room.

For a 4 star many things lacked like a coffee maker in the room or disposable slippers. Breakfast was moderate. However the main problem was the personel, they seem quite disinterested. I know that they came accross many customers, so I don't expect automatic kindness but there were many hotels at this level of being busy and the personel seems much more helpful. Which is a shame because this hotel has so much potential.

The hotel is extremely well situated. Quiet for such a central location too. Beautifully decorated rooms made our stay lovelier. Room was large, beds were confy. Good choice of products in the room.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Every member of staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was larger than expected. The bed is one of the most comfortable that I have slept on. The quality of room management was superb. The location of the hotel gives excellent access to the major sites, and any that are further away can be reached by the nearby subway. There are so many good restaurants nearby.

Since we had an unexpected incident with our flight from Europe, resulting in a significant delay, I informed the hotel via the Booking chat that our check-in will be delayed for a couple of hours and a further update will be also provided to them as soon as we arrive at NY. Although i received a reply that our request was duly noted and I notified them, as promised, when we landed at the NY airport (4 hours later than the expected flight arrival), when we finally arrived at the hotel around 3am, the receptionist's first words were that we should have called to inform them, while a no show fee was applied. In addition, due to no show, our free taxi from the hotel did not arrive to take us from the airport to hotel and so we had to take another one and bear the respective cost. Fortunately, since the room was not booked by anyone else, the issue with the no show resolved immediately and the no show charge was cancelled. For your consideration, a coffee machine can also be a great addition to the rooms.

Excellent location in the city center, next to various metro stations, coffee shops, restaurants, Times Square, Broadway as well as Central Park. Our room was in the corner and was considerably isolated from city noise. It had a nice decoration, view and was very spacious. The bed and closet were also amazing and above our expectations.

The airco is really really noisy, and wakes you up at night. There is no proper restaurant for breakfast and dinner. There were no amenities in the room, I had to ask the front desk for it and they only gave us 3 towels for 4 people. I had to ask several times to get a 4th towel. They were helpful if you asked them. However, I had to ask them to refill the empty bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner.

The location was perfect if you want to visit NYC. Most of the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel looks beautiful.
