Just the rooster that are everywhere in Maui can be pretty noisy at night, our solution was to shut the windows.

The location was great, super clean and the host Kevin was super nice and always available in case of need.

Roosters and neighbours were sometimes a bit noisy. The fridge was a little smelly.

The hosts were incredibly nice and helped me with some mail issues I had while there. The room was nice and cozy, there was also a fridge and a laundry and plates and a coffee machine to use. Clean amenities.

Thankfully we are heavy sleepers- the road traffic was quite loud and I can see this bothering many people. Also we were hoping to have a place to keep our stuff during the day. Not a huge deal- we made it work.

LOVED our hosts/workout coaches. They were SO great and we really enjoyed meeting them. They had many thoughtful touches. We camped in the tent and they had ear plugs, a nice air mattress and bedding, a cooler, and outdoor shower, and good wifi.

We were on the fence based on the mixed reviews. Let me say that the people who helped us check in couldn't be nicer. We spoke with Kevin who helped accommodate an earlier arrival time. You are staying above the owners gym. Which doesn't open until 10:00 AM. They offer a training session, however check out is 11:00 AM. So, that didn't work. The accommodations are basically a rooming house. Very shabby and in need of updating. It could use a full scrubbing or better yet a complete renovation. You are located at a very noisy intersection with a traffic light. The neighbors or homeless, not sure which, have barking dogs.

Very minor, but if you're a late sleeper, starting at 10 the downstairs gym has loud music so it might wake you up. It wasn't an issue for us as we were usually up and gone by then, but something to keep in mind. It's also not necessarily a "cute" neighborhood, but with a car, it's central to basically everything you might want to do on Maui.

The hosts were absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful service during our stay. The room was clean and welcoming, the kitchen had all the necessary cooking ware, the bed was comfortable.

I can understand there is no kitchen sink, no stove, no napkins, no AC, no Tv, no internet…..but smelly pillows, bed sheets and towels (appeared as if bed sheets and pillows were not changed) :( Also, the room upstairs appears to start dragging furniture around or exercising at night it was pretty loud. Although chickens coops and roosters are pretty cool (next to the bedroom window) holly cow they wake you up around 4am and is a non stop until 7-8am, good thing I had my earplugs.

It was difficult to sleep. There was noise from the host upstairs, and neighbors arguing outside our window. The local roosters started growing at 3:30 AM. The accommodations were not really within walking distance of any attractions, restaurants, bars, or beach. Didn’t like washing dishes in the bathroom; unsanitary.

The location is perfect for exploring the entire island. Easy access to the property and plenty of parking space. The house is beautiful, and my room was just great. Very nice bathroom and a nice welcome gift.

Without previous warning we were split into 2 places almost 3 miles away. 1 place was OK, the second one at a very noisy crossrode. We had difficulties to find the place, there was poor identification during night. I would not reccommend the place to anyone. Irena

We liked everything about the property

Gated access provided security in a nice area of the city. Full access to the gym if we would’ve had time but we only spent one night on our way home. I would definitely stay again, and absolutely recommend it. Our hostess was absolutely wonderful. The host was very gentlemanlyand we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful new linens, and our bedroom was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the person who shared the other room in the house was very delightful.

This place has everything you need. Feels homey and comfortable. Location: You basically are in the middle of the island, so you can go any direction and start having a new adventure.

I loved that everything was so close to the property. All the great food spots and I loved how the property itself was private with the gate and it was really spacious with a lot of amenities. We got a chance to meet the host and he was really nice and attentive. It was a great stay especially if you’re just looking for a place to sleep as you explore the island. Recommend it for sure!

More of a warning: There are chickens & roosters in the area that make noise at night sometimes so it may take a bit of time to get used to. You will find they are everywhere on Maui so it’s not something they have control over. Other than that there’s nothing else I can really think of.

Location is close to the airport and fairly central to get to various attractions on the island. There is a grocery store just around the corner and a number of restaurants are close by within walking distance. The room itself was comfortable enough for my wife and I. If you are like most travellers to Maui you’re probably going to be out and about most of the time anyways. The room had a little mini fridge so you can keep your beverages cool. The shared area had a microwave, toaster & coffee machine so you can make a little breakfast before heading out. They have a self serve laundry available for $5. Bathroom was clean and stocked with soap. In terms of value if you’re on a budget and you don’t mind sharing a bathroom this is about 1/2 the price of a regular hotel or any Airbnb I found.

The owners, they were really nice and helpful. We could use the gym as well. A very comfortable apartment that we only had to share with one other room. Nice kitchen, nice sofa with TV. Very clean, they passed every day to throw away the bin.

Large common area, hotel type cooking facilities, coffee, tea included, well furnished lounge & kitchen area, extremely comfortable bed and lovely pool area with mountain views. Owners were very friendly, excellent communicators with info prior to arrival. They also took the time to suggest activities & shopping bargains. Passing on info only locals would know greatly enhanced my stay at Robbins Estate!
